Within the last few months All senior techs and pharmacists were fired without cause, leaving a bunch of techs and fill in pharmacists who don’t know what they’re doing. If you know what’s good you will find a different pharmacy in Jacksonville.

today several times I tried to catch a check, I also tried calling the computer answered but when you asked for an associate they hang up on you not once not twice but several times I don't know what the problem is but I'd appreciate it if somebody took care of this

Constantly not refilling prescriptions on time. They don't let you know that they don't have it they just don't fill it. They don't tell you about drug interactions with other medications you take. Very frustrating.

I've used this pharmacy for years and despite its somewhat cramped waiting area, they've always got the best staff which makes up for it. :) Friendly pharmacists and helpful pharmacy staff. No complaints here! :)

My husband elected I take my prescription to the pharmacy since it was close to our home. I dropped it off, was told it will be ready in an hour, I called back over an hour later and was told it's almost ready. Okay, I was fine with that response, however when I asked should I wait for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or how long before I drive up, the reply was "I don't know." I expressed that I was going to be coming from work and did not want to have to sit for 30 minutes and asked if I should wait for 30 more minutes before coming and again the lady said, I don't know. This is poor customer service at it's finest. I should have gone to my regular pharmacy on the other side of the interstate. At the least they will tell me an estimate of how long until my prescription will be ready. Now I sit in limbo, waiting!

This is the worst pharmacy in town! They are rude when they mess up, and will not admit that they lost your prescription. They have lost my and wife's prescription 6 times in the past 8 months. On the days that they give covid vaccine, good luck getting them to fill anything for you. I always call before I make the 30 min. Trip to Kroger. They Ewell me "yes its almost ready" I got there just to hear it'll two to three hours! This has happened at least 5 times, to me. I do not recommend using them. They b 7sed b to be great, but now are horrible!

This store is more than just a business, it's a family that cares about the local community . The customer service is friendly and they go out of their way for others. During the winter storm week, when everything was closed and people needed food, they stayed open. The manager drove back and forth to pick up his employees so they could get there safely.

Friendly staff medications always ready when they say and any questions you may have they will answer
