The woman that filed mine was very nice BUT my taxes still haven’t shown up so this is the longest I’ve ever had to wait. This will be my first and last time filing here because this is the only time I’ve ever had a issue getting my refund. Also they changed my date to receive it twice now and still nothing. It’s annoying to know people that filed after me and got their refund before me.

Receptionists was rude, to me I explained what I needed 4 different times, I needed an appointment for today and if not, I was gonna call around. We were 10 minutes finally she said I can get you in tomorrow. I said no thanks I work tomorrow I’ll call around. I got an appointment confirmation message there’s an ongoing appointment for you tomorrow at one when I specifically said no. Then I call back this same lady acted like she didn’t just talk to me 2 minutes ago
