The lady working was very nice and tried to be helpful, but stated this is a “fashion store” and doesn’t actually have shoes for walking, running, work, etc.

The Jacksonville store is clean and organized. There is no issues with raffles at this location. This Hibbetts has the most Jordans in store.

The store manager checked me out when I bought a pair of AirMax 90s but somehow DID NOT check the size to make sure both shoes was a 8.5. I tried the shoes on with a outfit a few days later smh the right shoe was a 8.5 but the left shoe was a 10?I was soooooo upset!! I called before I came back up there to swap my size 10 shoe for the 8.5. I'm glad I hadn't left town already. That was a gift to myself after having a knee replacement

Update. Went back yet again the other day so my son can get himself some shoes. And the ladies were wonderful. We were greeted, they were really nice and excellent customer service.
