The best ever! The man is literally done this for decades and NEVER seems to lose his compassion for your fur babies!! I’ve taken my babies here for years and when we had to put them down, this clinic cries and stays with you to make sure you get paw prints and everything!! The best!!!!

We had to put down our female Ridgeback. She was 10 years old and her arthritis was getting bad.
Your staff was very professional, compassionate and caring.

I've bought 2 kitties to the doc for treatment and they are always SUPER compassionate and caring. We were super distressed during our last round of trips bc we thought we were going to have to say goodbye to our senior kitty and it turned out he had a very bad cold. The doc and his staff were so understanding and kind and understood that funds are tight for EVERYONE right now and did everything they could to work with us and our kitty was just fine afterwards. Thank you so much to a great team!

We have now taken our furbaby Rainbow (3 months old Yorkiepoo) in twice. First for a health check after we got her and again for her shots. First pic is after her shots. They are reasonably priced and love upon our baby like she's theirs. I will be taking her in on Monday for her first grooming so I will give an update after that. Second pic is so you all can see her cute little face.

The entire staff here is so kind and helpful--and seems to care so much about your animals AND you. Dr Eubanks always explains things thoroughly, always returns calls, and, often calls himself after a visit to check on your animal. If he doesn't, someone will. Big love to Dr Eubanks and his staff.

Absolute horror story. I brought a rescue cat here, a stray kitty I found with a huge abscess and limp. The vet suggested we test him for FeLV and FIV. He spent a long time telling me not to "get too attached" and that I shouldn't "spend too much money on this cat" before I know his status. I agreed to get him tested. The test came back negative for FeLV and positive for FIV.Now, I previously didn't know much about FIV. So I was terribly upset when the vet told me that he'd spend his whole life suffering, and that he could give it to my other cat via sharing food bowls or grooming. He said there was no way the cats could live together unless they were separated permanently. He insisted that it would "save a lot of money and heartache" to euthanize the cat immediately. He even told me he'd waive the cost of the vaccines if I chose to have him euthanized that same day.I knew I couldn't make the decision right then and there, so I said no. I'm so glad I did. I did some research, and it turns out that everything he told me about FIV is a MYTH. None of it is true. It is outdated, FALSE information that ALL veterinarians should know by now. FIV is not a death sentence. Cats with FIV can live long, healthy lives. It is only transmitted by serious bites, which are very rare between cats in a normal household. This is accepted by the Humane Society, Cornell University, and more. Just google FIV and you will find tons and tons of information about this. It is on Wikipedia. It is not new.I also learned that an in-clinic FIV test needs to be confirmed via a laboratory test, but of course there was no mention of this. And the cherry on top... on the paperwork it said he was diagnosed with "Feline Infectivity Virus." That is incorrect. FIV stands for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. The failure to get the most BASIC things right... just staggering. This cat is a sweet, loving, non-aggressive cat. He is only 2 years old. With proper care, he will thrive. He does not deserve to be put down. And I do not deserve to be treated in such a patronizing, callous manner.I also told him the cat had a broken tooth, and he said "Usually we'd say remove it, but it's probably not bothering him." He didn't even examine it! How does he know???I am just so aghast that I was given false, outdated information that could have led to an innocent life being unnecessarily cut short. I guess they don't really care about cats if they don't even bother staying updated on this stuff. Do not trust these people with your cat or your money!
