The management needs to wake up and take control of this store ASAP. Here lately, the employees have been closing down way before the posted store hours, the isles are filled with trash and random items, the shelves (when stocked) are very disorganized, and the employees seem to be getting lazier and lazier (ex. Putting whole box of products in freezer/cooler without displaying correctly. Overall, this store is a complete disaster.

I only bought 6 items none of them were more than 1.25 and my total was 14.98 i added it up on paper and before tax should have only been 8.95 and i know tax should not have been almost 6 extra dollars. The cashier was nice though.

The employee allowed the self checkout register to remain open with $42 of groceries entered and never charged. I came to the checkout with no employee cashier available, so i used the self checkout with my $6 item and was charged $49 on my credit card. The employee didn’t know how to give a credit on my card and allowed my groceries to be given away to the customer who left them on the register unattended. Thirty minutes later i finally got a refund. The cashier called me ignorant for not noticing the groceries bagged up. Very unprofessional,.

Terrible customer service!!! The check out clerk was unable to give a refund in a timely manner, allowed someone else to take the groceries my husband had purchased prior to providing him a refund. The clerk, Jennifer, called him “ignorant” and continued to berate him over an error while checking out. Jennifer was overheard telling another male clerk that she was “going to punch him”. Unprofessional!!!

I visited the DG in Jville on military rd. I was sold a used Google play card. Took it back with receipt. The same store would not honor their sale. So now I'm out of 25 dollars. They are not worthy of my cuss words. I do not like or approve of this store. I gave this store a 2 rating because they were still open at 8:30. But basically this store is unacceptable.
