This store closes sometimes before its even time to close. That's an inconvenience and something needs to be done about that!!!

This was my first time in this store. The restroom was just nasty, I mean nasty. The men's bathroom was out of order. The store was dark, I'm not sure why, maybe they have lights set to dim, I don't know. A nice looking store from the outside, makes it very deceiving. Dollar General needs to revamp this store.

I was told the store was closed at 7:45 and already had items in my arms. So you can't shop till closing time? So I had to leave the aisle, leave the store BEFORE closing time? That's not right. It's still not 8.

Good morning. I was just shopping there and during my check out listening to how the young lady was only supposed to open the store and how nobody works their shifts (mind you I'm being checked out while the dollar general associate was on the phone complaining) I asked if I had all my bags (no eye contact) the dollar general associate said yes. Well all working class citizens items were missing 2 pizza bagels bites boxes to be exact. I drive back and ask politely did l leave two pizza bagels boxes again no eye contact she replied No Sir. Since I know what type of spirit and what kind of person I'm dealing with I just walked out of the store. You took food out of my child mouth so I pray to God you get the same in return 10 fold. In Jesus Name I Pray ?? Amen. There was another dollar general associate with her when I came back and I hope if they plan to eat my child's food it will rotten their belly . Times are hard out here for everyone. December 28, 2023 approximately 0800-0830. Orange juice, cinnamon rolls, butter cream icing, and 2 boxes of pizza bagels bites boxes. Roll your camera back and see it's not customer stealing it's your employees .

I went to the store 6-16-2022 . The assistant manager a lady there was very rude. I did not have enough money on card when checking out. Said I have only $9.00 on card short of 10 cent. Told her I had to run to car and get it. Thought I had it in my billfold. So she said just go. I felt like insulted with a little embrassed so I left went to car came back in have her 10 cent. She said all you didn't have to give that back. I do not like it when people's talk to me any kind of way. Never experience anything like that before. That was around 5:30 in the evening. Try to stay away from them kind of I can.

I am a huge fan of dollar general but this particular store needs some help. It always seems to be in disarray and doesn't have the selection of seasonal items like most of the other stores, the parking lot is trashy. It just feels unorganized and unkempt, but for just basic things, I guess you can count on it. Like I said, I'm a huge DG fan but this one not so much.

It really depends on which store location you shop at. We have three in my town and two out of the three are in good shape and for the most part stocked. There's one store location on James Street in Jacksonville Arkansas that needs serious help .

I've been here a half dozen times and I always have to search for an employee to check me out. They need someone to stand up front at all times. Other customers I saw had the same issue as well. They have a big box fan blowing air next to the door. That needs to be removed, as it's benefiting no one. Get this store on the right foot, or it might be the next store to shut down.

store needs to update it's hours online and on the door. Google thinks you open at 8 and the door says 8. Showed up at 8:10 and the employee that was there said they don't open until 8:30. You are losing customers left and right as there were 3 of us in the lot who all went across the street.
