Jeff was able to help us find new phones at a reasonable price and transferred all of the information from our old phones for us. He was polite and friendly and got us taken care of quickly.

I bought 2 brand new phones 2 weeks ago. One of the phones has been messed up and glitching since I got it. I immediately took it back. He game me a lame excuse about the screen protector. I left. Went back after the weekend was over and they filed a claim. I still have not received a replacement phone and get a different answer/excuse from each person I speak to. I have been with cricket for over 20 years but if they don't fix this, I'm done with them.

I am not happy. Took a phone in that's really messing up all they did was do a reset and said it was fixed. When absolutely nothing was fixed. And they brushed me off to someone else

When you have a problem, they want to blame you for it and try to tell if u go through insurance, but I bought the phone Dec 22, 2022, it should not cost u there according to Apple. They are missing leading with their information.

Went to make a payment here at the new location next to the Vape store & Tropical Smoothie.The young man could have clearly informed me that there’s a $4 charge to make a cash payment In person in the store. & also say that there’s no additional charge to make a payment online. I would have just made the payment online V’s paying $121.00 & I came wit the exact amount for my bill which is $125. So instead of him clearly speaking up about it V’s trying rushing to get that commission sale. “If they get paid from commission” took the time to clearly clarify it & I would have just paid online cause now I’m paying additional $$$ cause if he would have clarified that I would have paid online from my cpu. Instead of paying $121 + 4$ fee = $125 & then I’ll have to pay another $4 cause hot his poor business skills & communication so I now I paid a total of $129 cause I’m $4 short of the bill …. ReEducate that man in Jacksonville Arkansas
