Customer service is outstanding. It was so easy looking for the truck I wanted with a great selection to pick from. Test driving was a breeze along with financing. Most places it's a hassle and they try to upcharge you on everything. No pressure and didn't try to charge me things I didn't want. Got a Customer for life for me and my extended family and friends.

I got to Crain Ford nine minutes before my appointment time and checked in with the young girl at the desk who didn’t acknowledge me right away. I told her I was there for a 10:00 oil change and presented the coupon I had been sent in the mail. She told me her manager was on a phone call with a customer and that she’d let her know I was there. I sat in the waiting area for almost 30 minutes with my car still in my view and in the exact spot I parked it. I went up to the desk and asked if she knew what was going on and that my car was still in the exact spot I left it nearly 30 minutes ago. She rudely told me that her manager was still on a phone call with a customer and that she wasn’t going to have her hang up on the customer. That is not the outcome I wanted anyway - what I wanted was perhaps somebody ELSE to get my car back to the shop for my appointment. I went back and sat down again, and a few minutes later, I overheard the front desk girl talking about me to someone saying “….I told her what does she want me to do? I’m not going to have her hang up on her customer!” At this point, I text my husband to tell him that, and he tells me to just leave. Finally, they take my car back. I wait some more, sign my papers, and leave. I barely drive out of the parking lot and make it to the stoplight, look over, and notice that my entire glove box is sitting in the floorboard! I pulled over to see if I could fix it on my own because I had just placed an order for food and didn’t want to be late picking it up if I turned around and went back to Crain Ford. I snapped it back on, and it’s fine. Crain Ford, I will not ever be back. Ever.

We went there a few days ago to have our oil changed. When they brought us our car from completing the oil change, they had also given us a free car wash. We were very pleased.
