We had a great experience with this dealer.
Late model, low mileage vehicles and a seamless, no pressure purchase.
They offer a legit warranty for purchase with the vehicle if it’s an option you want.
The sales rep who we dealt with on arrival, “Jody”, was friendly, laid back & easy going yet detail oriented , explained absolutely everything and answered all of our questions.
I’m loving the 2023 Tacoma SR5.

Can’t beat their prices! It was my son’s first time purchasing a truck. He was a little nervous and they were not a bit pushy. They were so nice and patient with us. They even pulled up local dealerships to make sure they were giving us the best price.

Doug was and has been amazing! After a lot of rift raft from other car dealerships I went to red river pre owned! Met with Doug and he got me in the exact car I wanted from the dealership. I asked questions he answered them honestly I couldn’t be more thankful! Thank you Doug!

I can’t believe I fell for this. I over paid for my car by $6000!!! And the guy told me clean car facts never been in an accident which was a lie. If you are going through this place please check out the actual value of the car and don’t take their word for it. And look at the car facts! I went with high interest and he made me feel certain I could refinance my car in about 6 months, and I have made on time payments for a year now and the bank will give me 12k and I owe 19k. I feel so stupid for falling for such a gimmick. Lesson learned - never trust a car salesmen especially here. This is the worst financial decision I’ve ever made.

So I bought a car last month from red River preown in Jacksonville honestly worst car shopping of my life. I went here solo for one sales person only we’ve bought cars from her in the pass never left unhappy with her. This time I don’t know if it was her or red River! But somehow I end up in a new car then being harassed after I left for two days about my deal being cancel! Still don’t know what that means but after 4 long days of buying a 2018 jeep from them haven’t even made my first payment due yet! My check engine light comes on why did by buy a newer carfrom a dealer to have the same problems I would have if I bought used off someone! Either way I’m not happy with my experience from this dealership at all.
So have had the car a few months spent 1500$ in parts and still paying over 20000$ for the car and it’s not running! Run from them,

These guys were great! Even as a truck driver buying a car remotely, it felt as though Jody was not just trying to get my business, but was trying to EARN my business throughout the entire process. He was very thorough and patient in answering all my questions about the 2019 Expedition, the finance team worked hard to get even my challenged credit approved at an interest rate that was not only reasonable but lower than anyone else. Their team also gave me a reasonable and realistic offer on my trade in without the hassle of having to go back and forth. 10/10 would recommend and buy here again.
