It's not often that you can find quality work and great customer service at the same location, but I find it every time I visit Champion Trailer. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. If you are looking for a trailer repair shop that is willing to go the extra mile without you having to ask, you need to visit this business. Excellent place for trailer repairs, I took my car hauler there that destroyed in the March 31st tornado, they practically rebuilt it and super fast, dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and picked it up Friday morning, very knowledgeable and do excellent work.

Great service from Parker and Darrell. I needed a new tongue jack retaining snap ring and they came up with the right one in less than a minute. Excellent place. I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff and work! We just bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed the tow bars added to the front to flat tow with our rv. We called, they ordered the equipment needed and we took it in the next morning and they had it completed and ready by the end of the day and they were so helpful on showing us how everything worked. Will definitely use again when needed and I 100% recommend!

I bought a new camper and needed a hitch. I already knew what I wanted and the RV dealer quoted me a crazy marked up price. I called CW and they had a crazy price and a week wait. I called Champion Trailer and they saved me about $700 and installed it the next day. They know their stuff and were really friendly. They let me watch and taught me everything I needed to know about the hitch. Great people and highly recommended.

We got referred to Champion by a 30-year RV technician in the area when we landed in Jacksonville with a bent axle. The Champion team was knowledgeable, fair, and extremely friendly.We ended up with a drop axle version of the axle we needed, and the owner came out to help us brainstorm a solution. He called a local place and had them rebuild a specific part for us and had his guys strip down the axle we had to make it work.This saved us about $500 and got us back on the road several days faster. These guys went the extra mile and were so helpful. I can't say enough positive about our experience. We feel very lucky to have found them.Would definitely recommend and would go out of our way to go back to them for future work.

Champion Trailer did a suspension up grade to my travel trailer. The work was done on time and at a fair price. Something that is getting harder to say these days. The RV dealership in Conway was much higher and I would need to leave the trailer there for a week. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them.
