I completely understand why the rating is so low. This bank is a joke. Not only is all the equipment broken. The geriatric woman who was "assisting me" kept looking at me like I was speaking Chinese. Either she was having a stroke or she is a racist.

very bad customer service got put through full security check was only trying to get change? I will be cancelling account with centennial bank would not recommend because they do not help there customer only want to charge them fees
