Super slow and with three people working inside and only two customers present I don’t see why it should take 20 minutes to deposit a check in the drive-through. I had to sit here for five minutes before finally having to push the call button because none of them were even going to acknowledge that I was there. Poor customer service

Do not bank here! I have had multiple transactions that were deposited into accounts that don’t belong to me. That’s with me giving them my account number. I’ve deposited cash and they miss counted and deposited the wrong amount and when I went back to they basically acted like I was lying until they found my deposit. It’s an awful bank.

Kept debating on posting due to used to love using them. It gets worse each visit gone. Everyone seems to be unknowledgeable on things. Never had issues with previous workers and they was absolutely wonderful. However everyone now seems to hate their job(which is shown with behavior) and gets bothered with the slightest inconvenience made. Will be going to other location in Jacksonville( love them) or changing banks all together.

This is the slowest bank ever. Use to be much better but has gone down hill. Never had to wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes. But this is every visit now. Hate coming here to main street Jacksonville. And to top it off one car in front of me and that is all it has been. Maybe put some speedier people in the drive through. This is awful.
