I should mention that I was 5th or 6th in line and still was on my way to my car within 8 minutes. This is something I have never experienced before and amazed how quick the process could be with the right representative. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“Had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise. Pickup went quickly and they explained all the charges. I got the extra insurance and the roadside assistance. I even got a free upgrade because they didn't have any economy/compact cars so I got a Kia soul. It got good milage, it was clean and comfortable. When I returned the car it was easy and quick. They didn't rush me to get my stuff out because my ride wasn't there yet. It didn't matter that a rock hit the windshield and made a star because I had the extra insurance, the man said 'don't worry about it ur good'
An update weeks later: so when I got the rental it was just shy of 3 quarters of a tank of gas, confirmed by employee. I replaced all the gas and some, put more than 3 quarters of gas in it but less than a full tank. I STILL GOT CHARGED FOR 2 GALLONS OF GAS at over 4.50$ per gallon! I think it was 4.66$ per gallon.
And this occured after I received the questionnaire from them asking about services!!!!
Always take a picture of ur gas at pick up and drop off!!!! Have an employee sign something for u at drop off or they ARE GOING TO CHARGE UR CREDIT CARD, MORE LIKE STEAL FROM U! Absolutely nothing I can do about it now. I'm really disappointed in them because I had an employee look at the gas gage and recognize the amount I put in it was more than at pick up.”

He was so professional, and dressed in a sport jacket on a warm day - I initially thought he was a business traveler picking up/dropping off his rental! He was polite, enthusiastic and thanked me for choosing Alamo. Really great experience .”

5500 Starita Dr, North Little Rock“Overall I am pleased. Car wasn't cleaned but had been turned in earlier in the day and as I'm finding out car rental places don't keep cars-- so, I'm happy that I was able to get a rental same day other than the airport at twice or more the price.
Brent very, very friendly-- he held the car for me a few hours-- that is 5 stars for him!!
Found an old rental receipt in the car-- $20 a day less and it was from March-- hmmmm.
Because I have insurance? Not sure about that. Maybe some peak season thing. Again- just glad to have found a same day rental. And, I suspect I'll have to be in a rental for a while as my jeep is in the shop.
It's a nice 2023 Toyota Camry, never have driven one. It isn't all the bells n whistles but is nicely equipped and pretty fuel efficient. So I'm happy. Excellent gas mileage!

“We had the absolute west experience with AVIS for two straight days. But, these guys! These guys went above and beyond for us to get us back on the road. Mario and Phil are definitely the guys to see if going through AVIS. They actually car. If he isn't already, Mario needs to be a manager and/promoted in the company. Take pride in employees like him. Without them, AVIS would be the absolute worst choice for rental cars.”

“In a world of bad customer service and customer service representatives that are rude and not caring, it’s refreshing to run across someone who’s doing it right. That would be the budget car rental at McCain mall in North Little Rock. I had to go on a business trip and the manager went way above the call of duty to help me get a car for the week. He didn’t have to do half the things he did but he did it anyway and that shows me what kind of integrity he has. I will always rent a car from this location. I recently retired but if I had my business I would hire him away from here in a heartbeat. Thank you budget!”
