This same gentleman helped my find the right part to fix my problem. Specifically, my 2016 FORD EXPLORER needed an oxygen sensor from bunk #2.
Everything is all fixed now.”

A big deal for me was that I'm a small girl, I was by myself, 2k miles from home, and was in a really tight spot with my car broken down.
