While the pharmacy tech and the cashiers were excellent, I’d say if you have to deal with the actual pharmacist, go literally anywhere else. When she actually would acknowledge me, the sighs and eye rolling were over the top. I was just there for a Covid test, and I was polite, but you would’ve thought I’d insulted her somehow. Save yourself the grief and go to CVS right across the street, or Walgreens on Grand.

My dad was sent home from the hospital on hospice and the doctor called in a prescription for pain medicine. I went to pick it up and the pharmacist would not issue it without his insurance number. I had his insurance card but it was worn and hard to read. I left and called the hospice nurse who called the pharmacist and had her fill it stating it was a valid prescription that need to be filled. The pharmacist filled it when I made the second trip up there wouldn't look at me when I picked it up and had to offer the consult on the medication.

This is not my usual pharmacy, so I can’t vouch for how great they are on a consistent basis. But for me, they came in clutch tonight. My usual pharmacy is not open 24hrs, and I needed a medication asap. My doctor transferred my script over and they processed and filled it immediately. That’s all I really need in a pharmacy: quickness and efficiency. SO grateful that they are open 24hrs.

The pharmacist at the drive thru was terrible she talked with her back to you and was not professional in any way shape or form. She may have just had a bad day but it was an awful experience.

Raymond is a person who is discriminatory toward autístics and prefers to use threats toward a vulnerable group instead of actually having customer service skills. The store is not safe toward Zein nor glutelin allergies.

The pharmacist at this location was so helpful. We were traveling and I spilled the entire bottle of my son’s medication. She helped me with the refill and it was ready within minutes.

I just left there on November 5 and the young lady that was in the drive thru windows around 8:30 was so helpful and understanding I even called back with another problem and she help me solve it please keep her around she is a asset

I deal with Walgreens all over the country and usually have great help but not the case a pharmacist named Nikki was the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered absolutely zero help and not good for the company if you even read these!

After being a customer for more than 25 years, and living in 4 different states, I am DONE . The pharmacy on Central Ave has to be the rudest, could not care less place of business I have ever seen.After calling to have a prescription on my profile filled, I was told "they didn't have it, and didn't know when they would get it." I was advised to find a pharmacy that could fill it, which is exactly what I did. I also transferred all my presentations over while I was at it.A smaller pharmacy was only too happy to take my business.
