I have used Walgreens in 3 different states. I like that my records transferred from State to State. I always get quality advice and I always feel like I have been here before.

I went in to transfer my photos from my phone to a cd. I was totally clueless as to how to do this. Walmart could not Help me at all. I found the phone/photo expert here at Walgreen's. Matt went out of his way to help me with my phone/photo transfer. I felt like he deserved a medal for going above and beyond!!! Thank you Matt!

Pharmacy is slow to drive thru customers and do not seem to know how to use their systems that notify customers their order is ready. I have lost count how many times I will get an alert to pick up my script only to arrives and asked to drive around for 15 or 20 minutes 2 or 3 times to wait while they prepare the order, combined with 'slow service and I complete orders that require a 2nd trip back repeat the above delays again. Even after showing the tech at the window the app and email states the order is ready. Complicate matters more u have to navigate large pot holes to access the one of three drive through stalls. And finally, the most aggerivate experience of out of stock inventory requiring 2 or 3 days of going without while someone at Walgreens can not learn to count inventory and project next month inventory to plan ahead and prevent these easily correct ABCs of running a businesses. Sad, so sad I have to change pharmacy because of these easily corrective issues that have been on going for the last year

My personal experience with the pharmacy at this location has been terrible. When dropping of prescriptions, I am told that it will be an hour, hour and a half, two hours to be safe...fast forward 2 and a half hours later, you get the excuse of they just got the order, and it will be another hour and a half, unless I want to come and wait inside, then it will only be 45 minutes to an hour...fast forward to the following morning, only to be told that your prescription has been ready since the day/night before within an hour of being dropped off.
