They want your business, but sure don't have customer service. After 3 days of going into the store, hours on the phone, finally got a woman that got everything fixed. I am sure not happy about the first bill that I have to pay for when it is there mess up.

Terrible manager here! Worst Verizon store in history of Verizon stores. Verizon is a terrible company if you want a business service. Getting a business line is a total joke I spent 5 hours in two days at this location working with the employees here to get phone service and switch over. DID NOT HAPPEN! They put my phone on hold and they gave it away to someone yet made me come back. I can’t tell you what a disaster this store is. Do not come here if you are a professional needing phone service. You won’t get it but you will sit here for hours on end and get zero help.

Verizon add saying they'll trade in any phone is a lie! Been with them many years. My wife's and my 2 year old galaxy phones batteries were starting to separate and the store had us call corporate and they told us after arguing with them they refused to let me trade them in and in the end told me to go ahead and find another carrier. Terrible customer service. Sad just interested in the money!

Sandra is a ROCKSTAR! She was so helpful for myself and my family. We brought her with four different things we needed handled and she took care of us with a great attitude and would not let us leave until everything was perfect. I had put off needing a new phone for a long time because I dread the entire experience but she was so helpful and such a joy to be around. We will always go back to see her and wait for her to be the one to help us.

Had to wait for over 2 hours before anyone even talk to me. The lady with long black hair ( Sandra )kept putting people before me and was doing her best not to wait on us before it closed. Horrible customer service. Don’t go to the one on Central. They don’t care at all about the customer !!

It's a Corporate store, the service, customer care, and equipment not to mention manners and respect is a cut above when compared to those privately owned stores ( i.e Hope, Arkadelphia has some very rude people working there.

Management doesn't want their employees to know the passwords of clients. We were referred to BestBuy. Cellular services at this location may be limited. Later Entry ---We have Verizon and you referred us to a company that lost data on our phone. I am very angry that you do not trust your employees to work on phones using Verizon services. Very disappointed. Why do you refuse to help Verizon customers? Very disappointed!!!

I was disappointed in the lack of helpful staff and the overall apathetic approach to my reasons for being at the store. It resulted in a two hour downtime for service, two calls to a support number, and a credited balance to my service from support due to the store's inability to find simple information.. and simple information being a complete payment amount with tax. I will be finding another location or circumventing the store all together. Also - you can only pay at a kiosk for EXACT amount.

Got two great deals on new phones and got a better phone plan on top of that! ? The lady that helped us was awesome! Very nice to talk with and very knowledgeable about what we needed, and more. Did have a long wait, but honestly never thought of making an appt like some did. (During especially busy hours.)

Spent 3 hours in the store yesterday. Spent over an hour with customer support today. I am still unsure if my bill will even be correct. Bought 2 new phones and 2 new watches and manager Sandra said they did nothing wrong so she wouldn't even discount new phone cases or anything. Also you cannot even call the store directly.. ridiculous!
