#1! I talked to the Verizon store on the phone and they told me to come to the store and they would print a shipping label and box the phone I need to send back. They gave me the address and made sure I knew where I was going. I load my family and we drove to the Hot Springs store. There was a lady checking people in & said she’d get me signed in, but there was a couple people ahead of me. That’s no biggie. I can wait. She asked what I was needing so I told her I needed a shipping label and a box to ship my phone back. She said “I don’t think we can do that, but we will be with you in a moment.” I said “I was literally just on the phone with yall and yall told me to come up here to do it.” She proceeded to say “that’s what they tell you, but we can’t do that here.” She wasn’t being real nice when saying this. Turns out….. they can’t do that there! So why in the world would they tell someone to drive to their store to do this in person IF THEY CANNOT DO THIS IN PERSON??????
I am so upset. All I ever get now is the runaround from Verizon. They’re trying to charge me $1,000 for a phone that they want back, but it’s almost impossible to send it back. I usually print the label myself, but we’re in the process of moving and I don’t have my office set up yet. I am going to home to set it up now before they try to make me pay for this phone that no longer works!!!!
#2! My family was in the car and my 3 kids all had to use the bathroom so they came in the store with me and politely asked if they had a restroom…. Well they have one BUT an employee has to take you back there & they were so busy they couldn’t! I have a 10 year old, 6 year old & a 4 year old that just rode almost 2 hours to this store and they wouldn’t let them use the bathroom. I’m just disgusted with the way these employees acted towards me and my family today. I will drive elsewhere next time.

They want your business, but sure don't have customer service. After 3 days of going into the store, hours on the phone, finally got a woman that got everything fixed. I am sure not happy about the first bill that I have to pay for when it is there mess up.

Terrible manager here! Worst Verizon store in history of Verizon stores. Verizon is a terrible company if you want a business service. Getting a business line is a total joke I spent 5 hours in two days at this location working with the employees here to get phone service and switch over. They put my phone on hold and they gave it away to someone yet made me come back. I can’t tell you what a disaster this store is. Do not come here if you are a professional of any sort needing phone service. You won’t get it but you will sit here for hours on end and get zero help. Waste of your time, energy and life dealing with these clowns running this store. Go to the other Verizon store Russel wireless, I was finally able to get a new line and new phone ordered in and the employees were on it.

Verizon add saying they'll trade in any phone is a lie! Been with them many years. My wife's and my 2 year old galaxy phones batteries were starting to separate and the store had us call corporate and they told us after arguing with them they refused to let me trade them in and in the end told me to go ahead and find another carrier. Terrible customer service. Sad just interested in the money!
