This store's employees need to be trained in proper and professional customer service. Interactions with employee are barely civil to quite rude. The last encounter caused me to leave the store and take my package farther down road to post office. I commented to PO clerk my encounter and she replied they'd been hearing this from several customers.

I do know that I have been to this store repeatedly, and it has always been clean, the personal service I receive each time is definitely 5 star.

Today I went and the young man with long hair very reluctantly paid attention to me. The other times that I have gone, the other people have treated me very well until they took the flyer from me and returned. They helped me print the flyer right there, but the young man from Today, very rude, he said that he didn't know, it could be because I'm Hispanic, very rude, like he didn't want to help me, the truth is, it was just a matter of printing and that's it, but it seemed very difficult for him, he wanted me to send it to him by email and I really didn't like him. I said I'm sorry I don't know how to send and instead of helping me he made a hateful face, the other people were always very cordial and eager to help people like me.

Hours posted are 8-630 on Fridays. It's 8:10am. No one is here, no answer on phone, no ability to leave a VM. I hope employee scheduled today is ok. Also hope owner/mgmt has a way in the future to let customers know of changes of operation hours via a VM msg in situations like this. Very sad that a system is not already in place.

The manager here literally saved my weekend. The Higdon Ferry location was so terrible, people were lined out the door. There was only one woman working, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not care that I’d waited 20 minutes after driving from out of town. Long story short, Airport Road’s manager had my business done in 2 minutes flat and apologized for my trouble. The service was top notch. The traffic problem on Higdon Ferry alone makes the extra 5 miles more than worth switching to Airport Road. I’ll take friendly, fast service any day!

I’ve never had any problems at this store or Amazons returns via this Store. Young, blonde guy even helped me with how to do Amazon returns fast and easy at UPS. He’s always been pleasant and friendly to me.

This UPS store in Hot Springs will try to nickel and dime every single thing you do. The man in front of me needed a very small piece of tape less than 4 inches long to secure his box. They charged him $2 +tax to put the tape on the box. The elderly man seemed very frustrated due to him not having cash. The man went back out to his car to get his debit card, and while paying they were EXTREMELY rude to him because he didn’t know how to pull up a return label on an Amazon account. The elderly man wasn’t able to defend himself due to his hard hearing and being confused. When the man left, they talked trash about him behind his back. This place is so sad and very unprofessional.

Worst UPS store in Hot Springs. We send 20+ packages a week with this store because its convenient to our office. we have envelopes on order through ups that are FREE. We were out of envelopes so we asked if we could have some from them and they wanted to charge us. THEY ARE FREE. This store will charge you for envelopes that the get for free from ups corporate. Needless to say i will be driving down the road to use another UPS store. The owner of this store is rude and should not be running a business. This is not the first bad experience i have had with this store and after reading the other reviews on this page several other people have had a similar experience.

I have used this store numerous times for Amazon returns. I'm pretty sure someone stole my stuff because 2 separate orders I got charged for. Amazon said they never received the packages. Also, my boyfriend got there when they were supposed to open and the young blonde kid was late. Didn't open the store until 8:15 and on top of that was rude. Definitely skipping this location and going somewhere else. 3/17/23

I called this UPS location yesterday to see if their notary was in. I was told he’d be there until 2. I went in @ 12:45 & the notary was in the back. When they came back out front they said he wasn’t doing Notary work that day. What? You have a customer in the building and you could help, but you won’t? Customer service at its finest.

I understand it is a busy season for shipping things. And perhaps you are busy by yourself working on something in the back. However, the courteous thing to do is to inform the customer what is going on. Instead, I ask about help and the guy is rude. He does not say, "I will be with you in a moment as I am presently helping someone else." No, he just says he is busy. Oh well. It looks like this place has horrible reviews anyhow. I will just add to it. If I am correct, the man who is the manager was the one who was rude. I won't be using this location again. The one on Higdon Ferry had 3 very courteous workers. They were very helpful.
