Closed, one notice says in store other say out for delivery bad bad service. Hours say open, doors locked 5 pm. Sign says open til 630. Never again

The manager is rude! Did not want to fix an issue they caused.
After I suggested a remedy, he scoffed at me and walked off after trying to have me take accountability for their error.
Went there to print 10 pgs, which was $10.
The problem is that the wording was barely legible after the 3rd pg. Returned after have left the store (10 min later). Had me waiting in the lobby for 30 min to fix the issue.
After trying to speak with the manager, he shrugged off the error, said they fixed the issue, and then asked why I didn't go to the hidgon ferry location!
I drove from Little Rock for a notary appt, and they basically wasted my time and blamed me for their poor service and attitude.
After struggling to get a solution, I finally suggested that I get a refund for half of what I paid, and he did that with a horrible attitude, even rolling his eyes at me!
How he became a manager is beyond me, I'll never go back there again. Rather, drive the extra 6 miles to the library

This store's employees need to be trained in proper and professional customer service. Interactions with employee are barely civil to quite rude. The last encounter caused me to leave the store and take my package farther down road to post office. I commented to PO clerk my encounter and she replied they'd been hearing this from several customers.

Today I went and the young man with long hair very reluctantly paid attention to me. The other times that I have gone, the other people have treated me very well until they took the flyer from me and returned. They helped me print the flyer right there, but the young man from Today, very rude, he said that he didn't know, it could be because I'm Hispanic, very rude, like he didn't want to help me, the truth is, it was just a matter of printing and that's it, but it seemed very difficult for him, he wanted me to send it to him by email and I really didn't like him. I said I'm sorry I don't know how to send and instead of helping me he made a hateful face, the other people were always very cordial and eager to help people like me.

Hours posted are 8-630 on Fridays. It's 8:10am. No one is here, no answer on phone, no ability to leave a VM. I hope employee scheduled today is ok. Also hope owner/mgmt has a way in the future to let customers know of changes of operation hours via a VM msg in situations like this. Very sad that a system is not already in place.

The manager here literally saved my weekend. The Higdon Ferry location was so terrible, people were lined out the door. There was only one woman working, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not care that I’d waited 20 minutes after driving from out of town. Long story short, Airport Road’s manager had my business done in 2 minutes flat and apologized for my trouble. The service was top notch. The traffic problem on Higdon Ferry alone makes the extra 5 miles more than worth switching to Airport Road. I’ll take friendly, fast service any day!

I’ve never had any problems at this store or Amazons returns via this Store. Young, blonde guy even helped me with how to do Amazon returns fast and easy at UPS. He’s always been pleasant and friendly to me.

Jul 7th I arrived at 2pm. Google says they're open, but the handwritten sign on the door said they were closed.
