I had a lot of problems getting in the gate several times and I believe someone tried to get into my storage and was told several of ur storages were broken into I was one of the lucky ones that they couldn't because I used ur lock in stead of one I was going to use. There really needs to be someone on sight at this location. It would elevate these issues. I at this time wouldn't recommend your units on winnans to anyone. I'm sorry I chose u because u were the cheapest I could find iam low income and have to live in low income apts here in hot springs. It's very sad that people are very evil these days and we all need to protect and help each other in these horrible times. But I do appreciate how u have tried to make renting from u as pleasant as possible. Thank u

Don't rent here they say the units are move in ready and they are not the unit they gave me was dirty and the lights didn't work but they want me to put my lock on in 48 hours and they don't know when the maintenance person will come to replace the lights and I have to make time for them to come and put them in it's not move in ready nor is it secure the gate is wide open anyone can drive in there

Spent lots of time looking for a unit. Walk in to this Location on files. Road spoke with a man at the front desk was very polite. Showed me a couple units and then I went ahead and purchased a unit with the guy for a new location of theirs. And it's only been a day. But I am very happy with the way things went during the purchase and. The move in. Highly recommend this storage company for all your storage needs

Called and told them I moved out a week later they call to tell me there was a balance owed because there was a lock left on it. I didn't leave my lock on it, I am using it at my home... When I went to move out the police was there, the alarm kept going off and a man was inside the Gates half dressed walking around

Pay too much and when i went to put my stuff in there my gate code wouldnt work then took me forever to get ahold of someone. Then still couldnt get in the gate and couldnt reach anyone at all. The storage unit is to small for the price. Last year i had on and it was the same price and i had a bigger unit and did not have any problem. I heard the switched owners i dont know but i will be moving my stuff and going somewhere eles very soon
