I recently rented a unit on Files Rd. I was at the Higdon Ferry location but thanks to the facility employee Simon I wound up taking one at Files because it was more convenient plus a little less expensive. I appreciated his interest in finding the right fit , not trying to sell me something. I really like Mini Mall having employees on-site instead of those unmanned facilities. I haven't needed anything yet but I know if I do then I could count on a person such as Simon to help.

Had to move a 10 x 20 storeroom from Conway to Hot Springs & found great service & prices from Mini Mall Storage. Jeremy & Chase have both been very helpful & took care of everything over the phone. Just great service & 50%+ savings from my old storeroom.

I love Brian and Randy.Since Brian has taken over security is much better.The camera ACTUALLY work unlike with the last owner. My shed was broken into I was inform they replaced the lock no charge to me. What a great guys.

Went to these people first for a one month rental. The guy said he would have to prorate this month and a full next month. When I told him others did it one month from rental time, he told me to get the hell out. Nice guys lol.
