The service department kept my Ford Escape for 2 days and it was taken to them for check engine light on. We were told on day 2 after my husband having to do all the calling that parts list was being made then by closing time on day 2 we are told again after We had to reach out that my car had actually not even been looked at yet and no one knows what wrong yet. We were told on day 2 before closing time that since we didn't make an official appointment our car was placed at the end of the list ! This is something we should have been aware of on day one . I had to have my car back . The lack of communication for 2 days is unacceptable note the check engine light came back on the very next day after leaving the service department prior to this . I expected more out of this dealership.

went in there looking for a used vehicle with a 725 credit score told them I wasn't sure on buying I even came in with a credit report that I got from my back but still ran my credit 6 times and didn't even find anything I wanted. So thank you for ruining what I've worked so hard for!

Not a happy customer..... was told I was buying a 2022 truck..... After I get home with it.... discover its a 2021......When questions were asked.... I was told.... "oh sorry.... my mistake.... it really doesn't matter".... Well, it mattered to me... I was told... well too bad.... you already signed the paperwor..... The most they would do is promise a $300 check.... I've asked for it weekly for 4 weeks.... keep getting the runaround...... Due to their very poor attitude and customer service..... My family purchased 4 other new vehicles in the last 6 weeks.... but they would not wven consider giving thise sales to ORR.... They went to Little Rock.... I won't buy from them again.....

I live in Massachusetts and left home on March 16th to do a cross country road trip in my 2004(5) dodge sprinter motor home. On April 4th, when I turned on the a/c it didn't feel as if it was blowing very cold air. I stopped at an rv dealer and was told to try Gregg Orr Toyota. I asked a serviceman there if they could give it some Freon figuring that's what it needed. He said that it was kind of pricey but yes, he would test it to make sure there wasn't a leak, add Freon and do so while I waited. I waited about 90 minutes which was pretty good, at least I thought so. Then I was handed a bill for $591.59 of which the Freon was $50.82 BUT the labor was $420.00! There was a $20 charge for dye, miscellaneous charge for $49 and taxes $51. When I asked what the hourly labor rate was the man started talking in circles saying it depended on the job, and on and on and NEVER told me how it could possibly be $420 for 90 minutes work~that comes to $280/hour! I told him that I didn't appreciate being taken advantage of and spoke up loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear me. I am a 73 year old woman traveling alone and know that they ripped me off! I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau when I return home. BTW if there were a "no star" rating that would have been more appropriate for the treatment I received and what I was charged.

Bought used truck asked history on it and was lied to that it was never in an accident. All numbers match and will be pursuing this because it's a criminal act.

It's hard to believe they care about the consumer when they don't wear masks during an escalating pandemic. I wore a mask to protect them, but even after I asked, many of the males working in sales and service did not wear masks. I experienced this during a 3 hour service call. I saw dozens of men walking past me from sales and service without masks. The women behind the desks/cashiers had theirs on. Every day for the last three days the Covid count has hit a new record, and this isn't just testing, because record hospitalizations are following. Perhaps the work to my car was done well (I don't know) , but what does that matter if I get a virus that has the potential to be deadly. Every life is important and their disregard for health and safety is inexcusable.

Absolute joke of a business. From the salesman to his higher up sales manager. While I was in the process of waiting on the paperwork on my vehicle I waited for HOURS with little to no feedback as to what it was I was waiting on, my salesman I'm pretty sure was on some kind of drug and his sales manager was such an arrogant individual-- all of which I was willing to overlook in hopes of a decent deal. Not even a week after I bought my vehicle, the salesman that sold the car to me called me every two days asking me if I wanted to trade in my car to get a new one, clearly not reading his notes that I was just in there, even after clarifying this he STILL called me for two weeks straight until I spoke with a sales manager. When I called to set an appointment to get my oil change and ask for a rental while it was worked on, as that's one of my salesman's AND his manager selling points (even though i knew it to be too good to be true, hence why I had asked SEVERAL times to make sure that in fact was what he meant) I was told Gregg Orr does NOT give rentals, that the salesman was wrong about that. I repeated verbatim what both him and his manager regurgitated to me only to be told over and over that they do not do that. The manager would not and could not admit that Gregg Orr PURPOSELY LIED and sold me false advertisement. Will never be back and will make sure everyone I know, knows of my experience. If you're looking for a vehicle, please oh please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Would never buy another vehicle from there I fully regret buying from them if I could have found a rav4 anywhere else at the time I would have and should have just waited. They are typical car salesman, will say anything to sell a car literally lied to my face and when I called about it they said oh sorry about that he shouldn't have said that, it was salesman and a sales manager both lied. They will never get mine or my family or my friends business again and if you're reading this I would go just about any where else

I came after I found a Toyota 4Runner in the local paper I called and the guy put a hold on the car for me until I could get there and test drive it. I finally made it and took it out for a 4 hour drive. Let's say he had a good sense of humor. So I bought the car and had to leave a vehicle behind to be picked up at a later date. They were very friendly and took care of me on my purchase. I'd definitely buy again from this dealership.

I had a great experience with the service crew at Gregg Orr. They spent the time to go over what my truck needed and didn't perform any unnecessary work. Great crew! Thank you Cory and Dakota!
