“We picked up a nail in our tire on the way to our vacation in Hot Springs and were driving on what barely passes for a spare. The hole was in the sidewall and my husband was concerned that the tire would be trashed and we'd have to buy 4 new tires, which would really be a bummer since we just got them this year and they were under roadside warranty - at home. We stopped at Stroope Tire to have them take a look at it. They had us pull right in, fixed the tire for what we thought was a very reasonable price, and we were back on vacation. We've driven over 1,200 miles on it and it's just fine. There is so much to be said about a locally owned shop versus one of the tire giants. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us!”

“It was terrific to see 1 of the guys willing to help us just a bit after closing, our rv tire had valve stem pop out on rv tire, but 1( really tall) guy was very very rude kept saying "not today, not today", really a bad experience meeting him!”
