I would LOVE to leave a positive review. First off I ordered flowers last year for prom, went to pick them up & ask if I could use a debit card & was told “I’m gonna kill you people, always wanting to use a card. I get charged for every transaction” because apparently there’s a charge fee so I paid cash I did receive the flowers at least that I ordered in time mine you they were just flowers not arranged became my mom is a florist. I called 8 days before I need this order & ordered a corsage & boutonniere. I asked would there be any problem getting it & I was assured absolutely no problems to get it done. Described it to a T & told him where to see the picture. I also gave him my name, number & he stated he would call me first thing Monday if he had any problems locating the photo & wouldn’t be able to make it without me bringing the picture. I received NO call. I called Friday morning the day my order was to be ready, thank Jesus, to make sure what time I needed to pick it up, he said no I don’t have it, I didn’t find the picture. I said you told me you would call me & I would drive down there & show you the picture on Monday 5 days before I needed the order still. He said oh I must have forgot so I said you have nothing for me at all & he said no. He said he could make one. It was COMPLETELY nothing like I ordered for $30 not only that once again was very rude and said “this is my last one of these to do. YOU PEOPLE are too difficult”. Again with the “YOU PEOPLE” comment. What’s that anyway?!?! I called Kroger that another very reputable florist told me to call & they made me EXACTLY what I asked for in 4 hours. Do NOT order from here. His attitude has become very rude & makes very rude & unnecessary comments to his suppose clients. I didn’t need him to tell me it was the last one he was gonna do, it DEFINITELY was the last thing I was ever gonna order from him anyway. Maybe retirement is not so bad if treating customers this way is a frequent occurrence. He once used to be very nice, polite, caring & would make exactly what you ask for. The last 2 years he has been rude, unprofessional, hateful & continues to make VERY unnecessary comments!

Terry has always gone above and beyond for my orders and my moms- I love receiving such unique and amazing smelling roses, my moms favorite!! We have been ordering from Terry for over 8 years!! I can not say enough, but I will say they set the bar high and often feel sad
If they are not from Terry- even across state lines he has personally selected flowers for my mom for me and WOW!! I received a beautiful arrangement from my mom n terry for my wedding and I loved!! It so much - maybe online orders do t convey well to what you are looking for but we always call- and have never been disappointed! Terry thank you and your assistants always!! Ps you arranged this for my mom to be sent to me- love these! What kind are they I think my new favorite !!!

Do not order from this company online! I made the mistake of doing that and when I called to see about the order, I was told, “ when are you people going to learn not to order flowers online and come in the store to order them“. Not only were they unnecessarily rude, they did not even bother to tell me that they canceled the order. There are many other florists to choose from, I suggest you go to one of them instead.

Called today and spoke to the nicest gentleman on the phone. Very professional and highly recommended by a local funeral home. ( I am out of state) He took my order and all was done very quickly and efficiently. Could not have ask for better service.

I have always love the service Terry gives . My daughter orders flowers for me from Terry and she calls from New Jersey . He made a arrangement for me for my coffee table to match my throw pillows . It matched perfectly and cost was very reasonable. Terry is the best .

I went in 3 days before New Year's Day to order a casket piece for my Mother. I told the designer about the colors and flowers that my mother loved--- roses, hydrangeas, lilies. I was so pleased when I saw the flowers on my Mother's casket. Beautiful and graceful, with just the colors I had requested. I recommended The Arrangement to my family and we received a gorgeous plant arrangement with the prettiest bromeliad. Thank you for making the arrangements. I will recommend you to everyone.

Terry made absolutely the most beautiful casket Christmas spray for my mother in law, I had to have him make me a christmas wreath.And both peices just beautiful!! Never has his designs failed me. THANK YOU ,TERRY

The floral pieces from The Arrangement for my dad’s funeral were absolutely gorgeous. Terry took the time to talk with me about the types of flowers available and where we’d be placing them at church. The ladies from church commented how beautiful they were and how they lasted into the week for the Veteran’s Day service. I’d recommend The Arrangement in a heartbeat!

On Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 11:21 am I called to place a order for over $1000.00 the woman answering the phone was not knowledgeable of any products. Those of you in need of flowers don't use this establishment what so whenever. I rather to to there competitor and shop there. If Terryvyhe owner you need to fix this situation immediately why you are losing customers.She hung up the phone and wouldn't answered the phone. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I will definitely tell my colleagues not to use The Arrangement in Hot Springs, Arkansas never. No stars Dr. Joe Uriegas

I called from out of state to order something for a dear friend’s memorial service I could not attend. The nicest lady answered the phone and was most sympathetic of my despair. She put me in touch with Terry, the designer. Talk about compassionate! He talked me through my sadness and came up with a design asking such helpful questions—“what was your friend like? What was her favorite color?” Then, bless him, he texted a photo of the piece he made. Outstanding, thoughtful, and understanding service. It could not have been a better experience! Karen Breton
