I was searching for a Bigger unit, Joni took me to look at 2 different units but they where not as big as I needed she offered me a bottle water because it was so hot the customer service was great, I did get the UHaul I needed reserved with no hesitation I just hated they did not have the unit I wanted but the facility was clean and the office smells so good when you walk in Bathroom was clean Hope to do business soon

Joni is completely and utterly rude, I have never dealt with someone like this. I asked if she was a manager and she responded no, come to find out she is an assistant manager. Hmmm. Wanted to proceed to tell me I was wrong about my locked in price that i know for a fact was the correct price and wanted to continue to tell me no “ NO MAAM YOUR WRONG”. Made me sick. Pretty sure Joni is the one I dealt with when my door to my unit would not go down, she made me and my little sister sit outside in 109 degree weather just for her to continue to say I will be there in a min. 14 minutes later she finally came and had a chip on her shoulder, and continued to bash her other coworker saying that “sorry my other person went home early and screwed me” to my 13 year old sister.
Now jasmine the manager is the sweetest can be and she made me feel 100% better telling me she would handle my issues and make sure my price is locked and I’m taken care of.
Now writing this review I hope my storage is still safe??

Not a bad location, but they continuously up the rent until we had no choice but to leave. It was nearly a 75% increase in a little over a year. Good riddance. Find a better place. These folks are out to screw you over. Employees at the office are great. But the corporate side is garbage.

Jasmine was a delight to meet and work with on our rental. Our unit is spotless, easy to operate, and the nice cool air conditioning is awesome throughout! We also feel safe on the property which is important. . We def recommend this place!

I went in to Buy some boxes and turned my truck off. When I went to leave my truck would not start A Staff named Joni came out and helped me find the location to place my keys for my truck to read the key. She saved me a ton of money on not having to have my truck towed to the dealership. She is a Doll. Great Customer Service

This units are not secure at all I lost a lot from vermin. Theft and water damage. Now having a hard time with my claim.

TGEY WAS GOOD PEOPLE TO ME AND MY WIFE ABOUT THE STORAGE RENTAL AND GETTING US THE TRUCKS WE NEEDED IF WE NEED THEM IN THE FUTURE WE WILL GET ABOTHER STORAGE UNIT FROM THEM WE THANK THEM FOR ALOT
