So disappointed. Glen was kind and professional and helpful but I think her forgot to shake our paint.?. I will bring the remaining $340 worth of paint to a different store to have them shaken. Paint was bought yesterday. This can was opened and the photo taken today. Not happy. (It’s not just the top; it was all separated. We had to divide it up to mix it thoroughly.)

Omg, in the middle of a remodel and we ran to the Sherwood Williams on central next to the super center in Hot Springs, AR. Alexis was the most helpful and professional worker. Thanks

I have used this store exclusively for 7 years and the management has always been great. My loyalty has always been rewarded with some level of discounts. The new manager at this store is trying very hard but the new assistant manager smiles but is very misleading. Twice, I bought paint and asked if she needed my coupon, she replied no, I said did you get my discount, she replied yes, and then when I got home to find that NO discount was entered. This new assistant management team needs additional customer service training. I have two additional houses to paint and strongly considering switching to Benj. Moore based on my last two experiences at this store.

Very rude woman at front counter. Nothing against Sherman-Williams but I would never use this location or refer anyone to it again

They are very helpful I wanted chocolate brown for my base cabinets and appliance white for the upper cabinets and wall.She showed me several that based together. And I am deciding.Their paint is good quality and washable

If they had the service for color consult like they had at my previous town. I’m really having a difficult time selecting a color for my new home. I’ve been through 3 sample colors at this store, 2 at a big box store and 3 from another store in town. I have a terrible time picking paint colors and my last 3 houses were all Kilim Beige and Latte. I was determined to paint something different at this house. I’m to the point I wish I had just left it gray!

Excellent service & great products, As a contractor , I always recommend SW "super deck & dock" on all decking jobs . Amazing product w/ unbelievable results . . .& A shout out to Clint & Michelle , you're the best !
