Lots of good deals. Some items are not saving much money while others are. The ready to eat fruit and vegetables are good and a quick snack.This Sams club isn't as big but still has a lot to offer. When going to check out, there were no clear directions for first-timers.I was charged for an item 3 times, so check your receipt.

Today April 8th 2021 at approximately 1:56pm CST I had used the Sam's club app and I had already paid. A black female grabbed a buggy and raced to block my exit between the last checkout and an end cap. She even turned the buggy side ways. I cleared my throat and stated pardon me I would like to exit. She said, "you can leave when I say you can leave". I stood there for a minute or two and she moved so that I could get the exit. I informed the man at the exit of what happened and requested to speak with the manager. He motioned and a woman approached and stated that she was the store manager. I told her what happened and she said sorry. I asked her to file a formal complaint and she said why. I said so that I wanted this document and investigated. She said What do you want me to do and walked away. As she walked away I told her that I could call the police and file a report of discrimination. I am a white man who was wearing a NYPD ball cap and a USMC t-shirt.

Never had a problem with this Sams club until today. There was an elderly lady of color whose electric cart broke down by the cafe. She had asked a worker for help and was told they would bring a replacement so she wasn’t stuck there. They never showed up. I offered to find a worker to ask for help. My husband found someone and when I tell you this worker was disgusting UGH. She told my husband that he could go get the buggy because she wasn’t going to, then proceeded to complain, then she had the audacity to say the elderly woman should “JUST GET UP AND WALK” to find another one. Like are you freaking kidding me?? If she could walk she wouldn’t have needed the electric cart in the first place. My husband just turned and walked off from her, then the lady wanted him to go and talk to her supervisor about it. She was even too lazy and despicable to do that much.She then went to other workers trying to get them to do something about it and all they did is complain about how it was almost time for them to clock out.Lazy disgusting humans.I would not recommend this place if you have a disability that causes you to need one of their electric carts, because lord knows if they’re faulty and you end up needing help their workers will just treat you disgustingly.Absolutely tasteless.

Customer service when calling put me on hold. Said for a moment. 5 minutes then I called again they said one moment. Waited the same called back they never picked up.

Sams has everything! I love their pizza/hot dog Cafe! It's so cheap and easy to bring your whole family and enjoy for a price you can afford!
