Pulled up in my Chevy truck with wife and dog. They are around the corner from new home. This is exactly how it went.2 guys were in the garage hunched over a truck...I say "hey how's it going?" They both stood up and looked at me...and...looked at me. So I say "well...is there an office or someone .....?" These two men...my age...old enough to use words again stood there dumbstruck. Not a get lost, hello, drop dead...like...aliens. I'm frustrated...I say "well...if you don't want the work..." These two individuals couldn't be bothered. I'm so glad we got that settled before keys exchanged hands....Stroopes was only a few miles away. I'll never figure that one out.

This place is a thieving, no good repair shop that takes advantage of the disabled and females! They took my van apart, broke my new alternator, then said it would be $3000 to fix! I had to tow it back to my house and have a mobile mechanic put it back together again, because they left it disassembled! They would not even admit any wrong doing! Warning to the public!!! Select a reputable business to have your auto repairs done!

Tanner at Royal Auto replaced my tailgate cables and set me up for A/C work. Everyone is friendly and helpful. So glad to find trustworthy mechanics in my neighborhood!

This is a small auto repair shop that my son and I have used for repairs through the past several years. We have never been disappointed with the quality of their work nor the price charged. They don't try to automatically 'sell' you other services unless you ask that they look for other potential problems. I'd definitely recommend Royal Auto Repair.

I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Been a loyal customer for 20+ years now. They won't coddle you, but they will get you fixed and back on the road sooner, and cheaper, than anyone else out there.

Same thing as another one reviewed. Called to get a quote and he stated “that's something we will not do, not going to waste my time behind a computer typing you a quote.†So I hung up and moved on.

Been going to Royal Auto Repair for 15 years this month. They are honest and blunt, to the point, and don't take advantage. You either love them or hate them but an impression is always made.

I called to ask how much it would cost to change the fuel filter on my 2012 VW Jetta. He rudely stated "I'm not interested at all." And hung on me before I even had time to respond. Piss poor customer service if you ask me.
