Aaron was my service provider..He was very timely and communicated well thorough out the process.We are in a 1000 mile count down to see if this corrected the issue..About 200 miles in and it seems to be working fine. I was very happy with the service provided.

Go else where.....I took my Bronco there to have them fix a Module that went out on it over the weekend. Now I wasn't expecting them to jump on it at that moment and fix it. I get they are busy. I parked and walked into the service side and I went to the man on the right. He asked me how could he help me. I told him I wanted to drop my Bronco off to get said issue fixed before my warranty runs out. He asked if I had an appointment and I said no. He told me he didn't know when he could get to it and I said that's fine I have other cars I can drive I just wanted it fixed. He said ok and started asking me what the issue was then about a min or 2 into that he dropped his pen and looked up and said he couldn't look at my car. I once again explained its ok I have other cars I just wanted it fixed. He said he couldn't so I asked where could I go since i just moved to the area and he sent me to Malvern to Smart Ford. I told him sounds good and left. I went to smart ford and the gentleman there told me he couldn't get to it for 2 weeks and i said that's fine and it was dropped off. Sad thing is i was going to look into buying a new car they had outside but knowing what i know now that will never happen. I am glad they are so busy they can turn away work. I do want to say i am not mad cause he told me they couldn't get to it i was pissed about the way he did it. Your in customer service learn how to talk to people. Maybe he was having a bad Monday morning which i can understand. I wouldn't buy a car from here and make the 25 min drive to Smart Ford.

I met with several guys at Riser Ford and they were all excellent and super helpful and I definitely got the best deal I could’ve gotten. And they gave me great trade-in on my old F150. I could’ve not even gotten that much if I sold it through Facebook marketplace. Those guys are really professional and a newly used truck!
I purchased a 2022 lariat and when we looked under the hood, it looked like it had never been driven before it was 100% clean
