I have been in business with presidential autos for 5+ years and bought a total of 3 vehicles with them. At 16 I bought a 2009 Hyundai Accent, at 18 I bought a 2014 Nissan Maxima, and at 21, I recently bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue SV. My Nissan Maxima's transmission ended up breaking and Donnie took the car in, put a new transmission in it, and was very easy to negotiate on an invoice. When I recently bought the Nissan Rogue, they replaced the windshield and it ended up messing with some of the sensors on the vehicle, they have gone nothing short of above and beyond to fix the issue at hand, even with issue costing them upwards of $2,000. These are good people, have always tried to suit my tastes, expectations, and requests, and have been very honest in questioning regarding vehicles. If you're looking for a vehicle this is a good place to give it a shot.

I bought my SUV from here in 2016. They were great, and I was able to drive off the lot with my car the same day. They also worked with me when I struggled with payments for a few months. Great customer service and caring people. Would definitely buy from them again when I need another car.

Bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot cash. Tried to get them come down a little but said they couldn’t after what they had put into it. I know I was buying as is. But had the car two weeks and had to replace the throttle body. Now I have had the vehicle 25 days and it has a cracked head gasket. $4500 down the drain for a car I got to drive only 25 days. I was hoping even as is I would have at least got 9 months to a year out of it. So frustrated now that I feel like I threw that money out a car window and I am without a car. When I first brought the issue to their attention I was having problems, they informed me that that had replaced the radiator which was not disclosed when purchasing the vehicle.I took the vehicle to two mechanics who both told me that whoever sold me this car put head gasket sealant in it to cover up the issue to sale it. I contacted Presidential Auto Sale with this info from the second mecahnic and have been ignored. Please beware.

A friend of mine bought a vehicle on December 18th. Paid cash $4k. On January 12th it started overheating. She took it to a mechanic (2 actually) both told her the same thing. It was a head gasket and whoever she purchased it from (Presidential Auto) put head gasket sealant in it so it would disguise the problem and could hopefully sale it. She’s is out $4k for a vehicle she was only able to drive for about 3 weeks.
