Only good o Reilly’s I’ve ever been to. Assistant manager was a good guy. I went to get my battery tested after I to have it jumped in the morning. He didn’t make me pressured to buy a battery, just gave me the numbers I wanted to know.

Alex was such a big help today honestly if this young man wasn't there to help and guide me I don't know what I would have done. This man is amazing and very knowledgeable about auto parts. He definitely deserves a raise. This is why I keep coming back his customer service was impeccable .

I have a mini cooper which everyone knows nothing is an easy fix on. I had went to the O'Reilly on central the day before to get a headlight and of course it was one of the difficult lights and the gentleman at that store told me I had to do allot of unnecessary work to get it out and he couldn't help I'd have to take the entire thing apart. So I didn't get the light yet. I went to this O'Reilly today and was helped by Hayden (who is awesome!!) He came out and looked at it for me and told me that I did not need to take anything apart, he did say those headlights were difficult to do and he still took the time to help me switch it out. I was so stressed I was going to have to pay someone allot just to switch out my headlight and take it apart and put it back together. I can not thank him enough that was really more help than I expected after my previous visit to the other store. Thank you again.
