The technician made sure my machine was properly working, Also inquired about the supplies for the machine and assured me that he would be submitting a order for what I needed. Very thorough and good patient awareness. He checked my CO level, my oxidation and discussed the readings from both. Everything went very well. I am very pleased with his service.”
