“I am writting this after three years of going to this location to return Amazon or other returns. The staff is always accomodating no matter how difficult the transaction was before me. Their job is a thankless job much of the time, due to the fact they are so busy and with very little time to truly express my gratefullness for the excellent level of service. I have used the shredding service and in the past purchased greeting cards when they were available. Getting in and out of the location is my only complaint. Thank goodness the drivers on Higden Ferry are very good at letting you in and out. Plan accordingly that lunch and the usual 4:30pm - 5:00 pm work week times are going to be busy and you will need to be patient like everyone else.”
