“Great little store with a friendly staff. Well-stocked, great selection of wine and whiskeys (probably other items too, but those are my go-to) and prices are very reasonable. Customer service is top-notch here.”

“The store, which looks like a small modern space, reveals itself to be much larger when you walk inside. They have a decent selection and it looks like half the store is dedicated to wine.
Some of the prices appeared to be about 15% more than what I was used to paying (between 3 and 4 dollars more per item) while other items appeared to be between 1 and 2 dollars less. They have a very nice selection so I'm not complaining about the prices.

“Man what can I say that hasn't already been said except for that they go the extra mile. I like being able to walk next door and purchase my cigarettes and non-alcoholic beverages and whatnot. Yes it's a liquor store but the convenience of it basically makes it two stores in one. The staff a great bunch of guys. I had broken my leg and was pretty down about it but Everytime I went there either wrapped up or cane in hand they just gave a F. Ask me how I'm doing or how's my Mom. That's how you build a loyal customer following. You guys rock. I'll be over there here in a few LoL.”

“We happened upon this store while visiting Hot Springs for the weekend, and let me tell you, it’s a hidden gem! The prices are great, as is the selection. They had Buffalo Trace and Weller in stock (both MSRP) and were super open when asked about other items they had behind the counter. They were friendly and helpful, and we’d definitely go back!”

“I got back into town late... wanted to have a nice top-shelf drink to relax & finish off the night.
The staff (Jazz) was respectful & very helpful (this is important because I just came from Happy's Liquor, and I simply walked away because of the lack of customer service). J&B's shared their knowledge of brands and helped me make an informed decision.
So even though it's out of my way, I will drive past other businesses to go to J&B's in the future. Their selection isn't what I typically am looking for, but the customer service is definitely what I expect.
So drive further down the road like I did. J&B's customer service shined tonight in contrast to competitors.”
