Trish Bateman did a fantastic job of showing me everything about my device and answered all my questions. Recently, I had an rx increase in my machine pressure. They met with me promptly and took 10-15 minutes working on an ancient cpap machine and also fitting me with a new mask at the same time. Excellent service in a very short frame!

Vast majority of service has been extremely good. One employee was absolutely dismissive and rude in an emergency situation, but I was less than at my best also.

They delivered and installed the home oxygen and the portable oxygenation along with the oxygen bottle for emergency use. The explained and showed us the way they worked. Very friendly and professional. Made us feel very well taken care of.

Trying to get in contact to cancel a appointment, get stupid automated voice system that just keep you on hold for 15min+ twice ,and it's not just in Arkansas I've had the same problem in California very frustrating.

I’ve been with LINCARE for my oxygen needs for less than a year after transferring my care to them from a different, less patient care oriented provider. I’m very happy with my care and with explanations and proper use training of my equipment. They openly and honestly answer all my questions about what my insurance is willing to cover and how to qualify for other needed equipment. The other company did not willingly or honestly answer my questions. I would, and have, recommended LINCARE to friends in need of medical equipment in any situation. Thank you LINCARE, for providing such a good experience in my time of need.
