My phone had a smashed screen and both cameras were broken and I was able to get it all replaced with manufacturer parts for less than $200–way less than it would have cost to replace the phone. I had my phone back in less than 24 hours and emailed me an invoice outlining the work we had agreed upon and the cost. I’m extremely satisfied as my phone is like new. And just in case there’s a 90 day warranty.

Lots of options for repairs as far as quality of parts. Went in at the end of 2022 for a screen repair, have had my iPhone for six years. The man was very nice but was extremely pushy about my battery which was at 87% maximum capacity. I never felt like I had any issues with charge time or battery life. Again he kept revisiting it and recommending it, honestly it’s partly my fault for just saying no but I figured he knew best. My battery currently lasts 1 hour after hours of charging and is dropping to 60% maximum capacity. Less than a year and the battery is bad after six years with zero issues. My screen hasn’t been responding as well either and now I’m headed to an Apple approved repair place to get both replaced . Would not recommend even though they come highly rated I did not have a good experience even after paying extra for “high quality” parts.

Showed up to have my phone with a cracked screen fixed, and left 3 hours later with my phone now completely inoperable. Somehow between replacing the screens my speaker went out, then my entire screen went out. Got a sorry and a refund but won't be back. I can't even use my phone to transfer my information to the new phone I now have to buy.

Extremely fast service taking less than a hour to fix a heavily damaged screen. Ali did a fast and cheap job compared to apple just saying to buy a new 800 dollar phone and taking hours to get set up. Repaired in less that a hour for just 150 dollars.

I took my dad’s phone in because it wouldn’t take a charge. The man took the phone apart and cleaned it and told me it had debris in the port. My dad Carrie’s his phone in his pocket. I was charged a reasonable price to clean the port. He was extremely nice and the service was beyond great!!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. My phone had stopped working & would only show a black screen with an Apple logo for like 2 days. I took it here, as the reviews were nice, and I was in Hot Springs for the weekend. My phone worked for a few hours before it was locked again, with a mysterious password lock, that I had not set. When I called to politely ask for a refund(I was back home, hours away), I was told "You received a service. I don't understand what you want a refund for!" I attempted to explain myself & the situation, but it was hatefully mansplained to me that the Apple ID is not under their control(this wasn't even the issue). The person who answered the phone continued to raise his voice & make an absolute @$$ of himself. I had to dispute it with my credit card company, & I won, since I had proof that I had to take my phone to the Apple store after I "received the service." Apple fixed it for free. I would rather spend hundreds on a new phone than give this place my business ever again. EDIT: I never threatened to leave a bad review. I told them on the phone that I would dispute with my credit card company. I did. I only leave reviews when people deserve to be warned before they waste their time or money at a business with poor morals, quality, or ethics. As someone with a Bachelors in Business Administration & my own small business with over 1K sales & over 480 rating(5.0 average)( I feel a responsibility to help people receive good customer service & good quality for their hard-earned money. I do not feel a need to reply to my customers poor reviews with long, spiteful explanations, or hateful ignorance. I see them as an opportunity to provide better quality and/or service. I paid for my phone to be fixed. Not for them to "flash" or "attempt" to fix it. I was under the impression that I was taking my device to trained professionals. I knew my Apple ID information, but was unable to TYPE THEM IN, because a Lock Screen code appeared on my phone that was not my previous code(that I had for years). I had no idea what it could be or how it could have been set(I did not have the internet required to set up my phone at the hotel there). That is not a reason for the device to have performed the way it did, unless something had been done incorrectly during the "flashing" or whatever process. The owner's response is consistent with the phone call I had, in the sense that he refused to listen to me & attempts to speak over me with explanations unrelated to what actually happened with my device. Humans are imperfect, & when I make a mistake with my customers, even IF I believe the customer is wrong, I am capable of maintaining a professional mannerism & try my best to find a satisfactory solution for the customer. This company must have made a mistake, as I was unable to do anything with my device & was back where I started, metaphorically, not literally, as the Apple logo WAS gone, but the phone was still useless, as it was locked with a code that I had not been able to set yet. I did not have good internet connection to set up the phone & had not gotten to the step where it asks or allows you to set a Lock Screen code. They made a mistake & still refuse to accept it or attempt to make it right. I hope everything goes perfectly for everyone who ever chooses to go here, because if it doesn't, you will face the spiteful wrath of this egotistical, unprofessional, business owner. I honestly couldn't care less what the owner says or thinks of me. I am only here to give my testimony & warn others. All I can say is GOOD LUCK. I stand by my 1-star review.

Zaine was great fixed my phone only $75.00 he saved me over $500.00 from having to purchase a new one. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone except my ex-wife! I'll be back next week for a different repair. Thanks Zaine!!!!!

My experience at this repair store was PERFECT. i came in with 2 devices and I swear the manager, Ali, looked and diagnosed each within a minute! Gave me a price on fixing both and it was the cheapest I had gotten, and I’m coming from Texas! Super easy, manager was very polite, got in and got out and got what I needed in a timely manner!
