HORRIBLE!!!!
Watch the register! I had about a dozen items, over half of them rang up WAY higher than advertised! One item rang up for more than DOUBLE the advertised price! Most were about a buck but that adds up! I don't like Walmart at all but they'll be getting my grocery business until I find something other than Krager in this town

It is very bad that the workers smoke right at the entrance of the store, it is very bad for children who suffer from some cancer disease, it is very bad to smoke there.

Prices and Sales doesn't match at the check out. They lie all the time. Every time I check my receipt prices are more than they were advertised !! One time my amount was 30$ more !! Second time 20$ !! Gladly I saw that and was refunded . But it happens every time I shop, this is not coincidence !! People being robbed constantly. ! Check you receipts!!

manager at the Kroger mall is dissmissive and does not follow up with issues. Deanna or something similar. when you call this store and someone eventually answers the phone it's not unusual to hold 10-15 and still be on hold. also when I purchase groceries for pick up I've had to toss out things as they are outdated. I explained this to a manager today and she said she would look into that. seriously thinking of shopping elsewhere and we spend a lot of money on groceries and gas at this location. Worst Kroger store ever that just happens to have a good location

I received almost aggressively rude service ,I was doing my monthly shopping early wed morning following Thanksgiving,so store was mostly empty.And from a big man in meat department.his tag said Tommy.was blatantly rude,it was over seen by another smaller older man that had said hello good morning,alsoeat dept.but about 8 feet away with I smile.He was almost abusively rude.i found a spiral ham wrapped in plastic,it was the size I needed and it wasn't priced,I said good morning.ignored,I said excuse me could you help me.again ignored,I walked over with 12 pound ham in hand and said again would you please help me.he let out an audible sigh of disappointment.i said the ham doesn't have a price on it,would you please tell me why it's in plastic and how much it is?had a hole in it.short and gruff.i pursue my second question.follow me he said,as he proceeded into kitchen.i stopped at doorway.standing there exactly still and quite.he comes over with price gun thing.no works because of plastic.he snatched the ham and slammed it on the counter, scratched the plastic like a wild animal,and told me to back off.he priced and almost threw it at me.absolte rudeness.
