The Pharmacy is a pain to use. The drive though Speaker is broken and have to use a walkie-talkie the phone is also broken and can't be used. The window is closed well over 1/2 the time with no indication as to if it's open or not until you pull all the way around to the window. If I had a different kroger closer I would use it but it's the only one on this side of town with a Pharmacy.

Writing a review about this store is easy. Why? Because I can't say enough about how much this store located at 215 Airport Road, Hot Springs, AR SUCKS BIG TIME! WORST STORE, HORRIBLE AND UNCARING CUSTOMER DISSERVICE, AND THE KICKER IS MEAN, NASTY, MANAGEMENT! Before I go into specificity check online at other reviews of Kroger Stores all over the country in general and how many disgruntled, dissatisfied customers they have because the reality is they don't give a damn about their bread and butter customers who pay their salary! They treat customers like excrement. So here's my unequivocally truthful account of my horrible, unconscionable experience there and executed by horrible anything but customer friendly managers. On March 6, 2018 I was shopping at this store as I had been since August 2017 when I first started shopping there. Was having a casual conversation with a woman in produce named Billie Jean (Michael Jackson's song of the same name is completely on target and quite apropos lyrically and matches this crazy whackadoodle precisely! Lyrically calls her a liar) Anyway was having a convo about tomatoes and other casual things and prior to that on other visits I was congratulatory and very cordial to her as she was pregnant and had she told me that May was when her baby was due. That was in March 2018 when this abomination of an experience happened to me. After her and another employee finished chatting, she walked away and I continued my shopping still in produce dept. Next thing I know an assistant manager walks up to me and says he wanted to speak to me. So taken by surprise i ask him is there a problem. He then goes on to say that he has an employee (he said this Billie Jean) in the backroom crying and saying that I said I hope her baby dies!!! Was he serious? I was so stunned at that preposterous allegation my mind just shut down. I was between extreme anger and wanting to cry! Just speechless! And the blatant lie she spewed from from her lying mouth, falsely accusing me of something I never said, something I would never say to anyone ever, bearing false witness and slandering my good name was guess what? Believed by this guy! Of course he would defend her and was denied the right to face my accuser and not believe me b/c she's what? an employee who by the way is long gone having left there probably around the time of her child's birth but Idk exactly when she left. Gee what am i just a lowly customer who supplies dollars to their income base! Yes banned from the store on the unproven, unevidenced basis of the say so of "sweet, lovely" Billie Jean! (Come to find out from a former employee who retired that this Billie Jean is not playing with a full deck and not "all there". That she lost a baby in a car accident while pregnant a few years prior. So probably had a mental block and misconstrued what i actually did say "that it is really hard to raise children these days" totally out of proportion. Smh Never returned for about a year. i had been shopping at that very same store again with no interference or complaints by anyone whatsoever, (albeit they watch everybody like Big Brother scrutinizing everyone like would-be criminals on cameras left, right and center one might wonder why nothing or nobody said anything as I was shopping there for the past 8 months at least once a week and some months even 2-3 times a week. So wth is the problem? THEY are the problem! So all of a sudden out of the blue yesterday I went to pick up something I had ordered and stopped at the deli bar for some food. A woman dished it out into a take out Styrofoam box, hadn't gotten a chance to pay for it, and again same modus operandi only this time a tall blonde woman with an Ass't Mgr outfit slithers yes unobtrusively comes up out of the blue and confronts me harshly like I was some kind of criminal. Her name was Belinda something and harshly stone coldfaced w/soulless eyes tells me "You've been banned from
