Took both our vehicles to Edgar and his crew in a last ditch effort to save them from insurance confiscation after very severe hail damage. (Little Fir 2023) His quote was reasonable and they were accommodating in working with us to repair one at a time which took quite awhile. Edgar was direct, fair and honest in communicating what was happening during the process. Extremely pleased with the results with repaired areas nearly identical to original. A willingness to address concerns and ensure quality work gets this firm a 5 star performance from me.

My car was damaged during a hail storm. It had many dents and some were very deep and large. I took it to Hot Springs Body Shop. When I picked it up, the dents were all gone and my car looked great! Everyone that knew the damage my car had are amazed at the repair they did.I highly recommend them for any body repair.Services: Painting

I don’t usually leave google reviews but I absolutely had to for this business. I’ve gone here a few times to get my Toyota Avalon fixed up and every time I do the service is fast, the employees are so kind, and they don’t try to overcharge you. I call ahead to make sure they’re not too busy and if they happen to be they fit me in asap the next day or so. If you are looking for a local place to take your car I would highly recommend coming here.Services: Electrical

I checked a curb so hard it tore the liner out of the wheel well. I called Hot Springs Body Shop and they were able to see me immediately! He showed me where it was torn and gave me very reasonable prices on a new one. I didn’t have the money to order a new one right then so he reattached the old one (there’s just a gap in it that you have to really know what you’re looking at to notice) in no time and didn’t even charge me, he was just so nice and knowledgeable, I will definitely be going back to them to get it replaced! Also I have to mention that most mechanic/auto shops I have been to have either tried to get me to buy things I don’t need or talk to me like I’m a brain dead woman that couldn’t possibly understand what was wrong with my car. This is the first place that made me feel informed and not taken advantage of. I wish I had asked his name, because I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I can! There was a lot of damage done to the front end of my car. The staff at Hot Springs Auto body was very helpful. They made me feel great about my decision to use them to get my car fixed. Helped get the best deal on parts and made sure everything was fixed correctly. My car looks great and drives great. They were great about keeping me informed on the progress of my car and updated on when it would be finished. There were very particular making sure everything was perfect. I am very pleased with the service and overall experience that I received at Hot Springs Body Shop. Edgar and Ashley are both very professional and do an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone involved in an accident. They completed the job in a timely fashion and absolutely you cannot tell that the car was ever involved in a wreck.
