Expensive Furniture, but of thrift store quality. We paid for new undamaged furniture. We received damaged furniture and it took over a month for a technician to visit and determine it was damaged prior to being delivered to us. Now it's going to take a total of six months to receive the part on a cargo freight. I don't want repaired furniture at new furniture prices.

Hanks Furniture has been in business for a very long time and I can see why! They are the absolute best furniture store around! Great selection with reasonable prices, and my salesman William was so kind and professional! He did an outstanding job helping make the best selection to suit my needs, and made my shopping experience fantastic! Hanks of Hot Springs is top notch! Great selection of furniture with reasonable prices! My salesman David was great! Helped me all the way through on making the best selection to suit my needs! I'm excited to get my new furniture in and I know it will be perfect! Amie, the office manager was a delight to talk with as well! She is so polite on the phone and I truly believe that the entire team at this Hanks location deserves a gold star!

I have tried time and time again to be nice and work with the people at Hank’s in Hot Springs, AR. But apparently they don’t care about their customers after they sell their products and make their commission. I have been trying to work on getting a warranty parts since August of last year (2022). And was told that I have a five year warranty on my couch. I was lied to about my warranty. I’ve only had the couch for going on two and a half years now and they want to let me that I only have “a few months left with my warranty.” After being persistent in my calling and complaining about their service, Amy the head of warranty call me to tell me my parts finally came in. I asked for a picture of them and it was the wrong parts all together, even though I sent pictures and filled out specific forms for the parts to be order. Now they refuse to help me get the new parts, and they want me to use a different company to get the parts through. Which cost over $100, when it should be free through my warranty. They CLEARLY don’t care about their customers, or else they would make things right.

The after sales experience has been really disappointing. They delivered a oatmeal couch that looks like it has a cigarette burn in it. Tomorrow will be a week and we were are still waiting to have it resolved. David our salesman seemed nice and that is why we decided to purchase our furniture from Hank's.

Purchased queen size bed frame and had to return it because it was not what my sister in law needed. Associate was not just very friendly upon purchase but equally pleasant with the return. William was highly professional and most customer friendly.They also had beautiful furniture in the store, some very unique and reasonably priced items. I wish I didn't live hundreds of miles away. I'd love to shop there more often. If you're from the area I highly recommend to stop by for your next furniture purchase.

Salesman was very rude to us. We were on a strict budget and trying to work with him to get a decent deal on the set of living room furniture we loved and would fit perfect in our new house. He was unprofessional and lost a customer.
