This guy Todd let's his phone ring off the hook! Never answers it. I don't care how "busy" you are answer the damn phone! Definitely no way to run a business. I won't be recommending this place to anyone ever! Found a great new glass replacement business who is very attentive and listens. Their quotes are very reasonable.
