This is the first bad review I have ever left for anything.
We took our Subaru to Garcias for a couple years and they performed regular maintenance for us so we didn’t have to drive to Little Rock.
When we finally had a big problem with the shifter, (my car broke down in the middle of the road and wouldnt budge), we towed it into them. A couple days later they told me it was fixed. I came in an drove off and as i was driving my shifter wouldnt stay in drive, the engine light came on and it was obvious it wasnt fixed. I had already paid them. I called and they said to bring it back in. I did and a day later they said it was fixed but that they couldnt figure out why the check wngine light wouldnt go off?!? I drove it away only to quick realize that it was not fixed.
We had to take it to Subaru and pay again to have them fix it. They told us that garcias had put the shifter plate on backwards and hammered it into place.
I went to ask for a refund, (i only asked them to refund labor which i thought was fair and generous). He told me he would look into it. I tried texting him back a couple times and he never responded. I paid for a service i didnt recieve and then had to pay for it again. I felt totally taken advantage of and it was very stressful.
I would definitely pick somewhere else if i were you.

We were in Hot Springs for a conference and had an issue with our car. We had recently changed our breaks ourselves and one of the tires started making a clicking sound. Not what you want to hear when you're hours from home! We decided to try Garcia's because they had good reviews on Google, and I'm so glad we did! They got us in immediately. While we were there, we had them look at the oil plug because it was stripped. They got it out and got us a new one. We were fixed up within the hour - even with a full oil change. Great service and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

I Stopped by Garcias tire shop on my way home because (spa city tires )put the wrong size tire on my car a short Hispanic guy who was a midget came out and asked if i needed help ,we walk I showed him my truck and the first thing he said when he saw my truck was "I can't help you " i then asked if I could at least get some advice on how i could fix it myself and he proceeded to ignore me walked away and said have a good day , wouldn't trust any tire shops in hot springs arkansas they are either slimeballs or rednecks .

Had all 4 tires replaced, balanced, and alignment done was in and out quickly. Even went above and beyond and looked into some other concerns. Super helpful and friendly

Great and fast service. I had a shake in my steering wheel felt like an out of balance tire. He checked and found out both front tires needed balanced. Got me in and out in 30 mins.
