Good store, although the corporate overlords really owe the staff and clientele of this location a MINIMAL investment in facilities. Probably a cost-of-living bump to the staff, to boot.

His has always been my favorite of the "dollar" brand chains. Their first aid and medical section is better than the other stores. They also have a better crafts section than competitor's, except for the one that has gone up to $1.25. I probably stop by here more than I go to Walmart.

Beware of the assistant manager, first name justin. He is extremely sarcastic, condescending and disrespectful to me simply because I questioned him on a store policy because he refused to give me a refund on something. The refund policy does not state that he isn’t allowed to give me a refund on an egg crate with an open package. No search Covid policy on the website anywhere and he refused to give me my money back, so I was persistent about wanting to read that policy in writing. He was horribly sarcastic, rude, disrespectful and condescending to me. I reported him but I’m sure he’ll deny everything when they ask him about it. He has no business being in Customer Service much less an assistant manager.

I love this place. Sandie is a great manager. I do a lot of shopping there. Everyone in this neighborhood shops there. We would be lost without our Family Dollar.

The employee there was super nice today and they had a good selection they weren't out of everything and it say quote snow day for us in the South they have plenty of stuff so if you're looking to suck up go ahead and go to family Dollar

Super nice staff, only two gripes, probably neither of which they have control over: First is almost everything requires a "smart" coupon, which doesn't help you if you don't have a "smart" phone. And not everyone does. Second, the refrigerated section has been understocked or empty for a long time.
