They charged the card I used for my deposit 3 times for different amounts without notifying me totaling a little over 350$ told me when I got the car my insurance would cover it and they would let me know when to return it and they did 4 days late and 3 random charges later got the run around told to wait for and email that I’m still waiting for from corporate or the big office as Austin the store manager told me I’d recommend that if you have to use this store use a prepaid card not your debt

While the staff appears to be friendly, their service is severely lacking. Was given a vehicle that was filthy to say the least. Seats were stained beyond belief, the windows looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years. The vehicle had an expired license tag on it, and the brakes vibrated when braking above 50mph. Had spoken with two different employees about it, and they really didn't seem to care.Look elsewhere if you need to rent, and have a choice.

They lied about having a car. I had to rent a truck. They told me to be back in three days they would have me a car they didn’t. They said they would give me the truck free of charge they didn’t. They charge my insurance and since I had signed a Damage form in case of a wreck, they charged me that but the manager led me to believe everything was to be paid for since it was their fault not having a small car to rent. When I took the truck back, they told me I owed $1295.02 and they would not take it out of my credit card for two weeks if the insurance would get it to them before then, they took it out right away. My insurance paid them, but they took the money for payment on the truck rental each day, and I had to pay the $1,295.02. They lied to me. While I was in line to rent the car, another lady was upset because she did not get a small car when they tell you there is one ready and I called the week ahead. I called the day before they should keep their promise. I have rented cars before in other states never had this problem, I want my $1295.02 back

I always appreciate renting from this particular Enterprise branch as the staff members have been very accommodating and they made me feel very welcome. Jamie took care of me this time and he even gave me a small discount on the final price when I had “accidentally” filled the tank up more than it’s original level. The smoke-free vehicle was clean and without defect. Thank you for all you do, guys! You will see me again in 2024!

Thank you to Andrew for his great customer service. My vehicle was in a wreck 5 weeks ago and I've been using a rental from this location since. He made turning the vehicle in while purchasing a vehicle from a dealership in little rock significantly easier. I've been going back and forth with the insurance company and collision center about my crashed vehicle, and I appreciated his willingness to make my experience better. Thank you.

The vehicle was reserved for 20 days by my insurance company while my car was in the shop. I had confirmed by phone with Enterprise prior to pickup date. When I got there for my scheduled pickup time, I had to wait over an hour for my rental vehicle to be cleaned. When it was finally ready, the staff members cellphone and wallet were in the back seat and the floorboard was covered in leaves and dirt. I had no more time so we notified the staff and gave the phone and wallet back and left. The staff member at signing told me my rental was for four days. I said it was to be for 20 days as confirmed by phone. He said that could be extended when they called me on Thursday. I did not receive a call on Thursday so called on Friday. I was then charged a second deposit. When questioning this, my call was transferred to the manager who explained the reasoning and asked if I knew how to use a calculator. He did not apologize for the wait, the dirty vehicle, the lack of professionalism. The only option he gave me was to return the car that day and that they would clear me out. I told him I had 2 children and did he suggest I walk until my car was ready. He said that would be up to me.I had no choice but to pay the second deposit to have a vehicle. I did receive the deposits and the difference upon returning the vehicle but will not be using this Enterprise branch again. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional behavior in a professional setting.

James Williams was extremely kind , patient & took the time to answer any and all the questions I had , he confirmed my reservation multiple times and provided me with all the options available- from affordable rental coverage to ensuring I received the best service & a full tank of gas. As a young woman, it can be difficult to find reliable transportation on such short notice , the enterprise team is reliable, honest and committed to operating with integrity. Customer service was very good. Car was nice and clean. Enjoyed it especially because my car insurance was covering most of it as my car was recently totaled.
