Always find what I’m needing! And the customer service is excellent, I stopped in around 9:40 and the lady upfront always greets me with a smile and tells me thank you for shopping at dollar general! Such a vibrant and outgoing lady. I didn’t catch her name but she deserves a raise or a paid vacation because she is always so full of life and welcoming to everyone❤️ Thank you for making dollar general my home from home! Keep up the amazing and wonderful work you do. You’re so appreciated!

I went into the store and saw two shelves of a product for a certain price. When it rang up a different price the employee went back to the back and said that I was wrong on the price when I showed her where I got the product from she tried to belittle me saying I could not read .it was the wrong product. Yes I am disabled yes I have a visual disability yes they belittled me for something that their store employee obviously put in the wrong place I don't have a problem with three dollar difference as much as Ihave a problem the employee talkingdown to.me . There is no sense. shame on you Dollar general. For allowing this behavior

Stay clear from the store I would rather drive the extra few miles to go to Walmart or another dollar store. The store manager is very rude and I asked if my four-year-old daughter could use the restroom and she said we don’t have a public restroom do your shopping and you can go to the restroom somewhere else.Mind you we had already been in their shopping for 25 minutes, so my daughter was already getting restless didn’t wanna have to load her up and go to another store to re-shop everything that we just shopped. In the 25 minutes of her being there I heard a phone conversation that she was on walking throughout the store, talking badly about her store employees. In the same conversation, she was saying something about her possibly been trying to be a GM/DM. That would be the biggest mistake that Dollar Genarl could do for their company. I feel so sorry for her employees in the way that she treats customers. I cannot believe that she still has a job.

No one ever answers the phone.I have had three pick up orders that were not received by them. I've tried to call all day to see if they received but NO ONE answers the phone.This DG is convenient on my way home from work but tired of dealing with the issues and shopping somewhere else.

Employees are fine but the old blonde manager is terrible. Always rude and never helpful to her staff or customers.

The cashier was very nice and gentle I forgot a bag she ran out of her way to gave it too me . I can't remember her name. Good customer service the minute you enter the store the cashier welcoming you . I always have a good experience there .I enjoyed good customer service

Went in this morning 6/6 , I have not been in there over a year and I must say things look much better in there. Customer service is 100% better at least with the two ladies that were there. I wish I would have got their names.Themanager had blonde hair and there was 1 other lady behind the register, they were extremely kind and helpful. I know in the past I have not gone to that store because of bad customer service. So just keep up the good work ladies!Oh and I think it's great that the enforcement of masks are not required..cover up if you are concerned for your safety.
