Tonya in the pharmacy is a professional and I am so glad that they hired her! Going above and beyond is rare these days. I hope they know what a treasure they have.

Well perhaps due to all the aforementioned problems with this location it seems that it has been closed.

The absolute worst pharmacy in Hot Springs. If my insurance didn't make me use them I definitely would not. Customer service is out the window at this establishment.

First time to this location. Very good selection of NYX cosmetics. Store was well organized. Juanita was helpful with the self checkout machine with coupons.

By far the best pharmacy experience we've ever had. My wife's doctor had to call in an emergency insulin prescription and the pharmacy reps were sooooo very helpful with coordinating everything we needed. HIGHLY reccomend this pharmacy. Michael is awesome!

NEGATIVE MINUS- The pharmacist Mosses, was very rude and unprofessional he started screaming at us, while we were asking for help to get a prescription transfer from another State. The other worker was no help at all either. When we asked for help the worker walked over her computer and just handed a paper to us without explaining anything, she walked away stood in front of her computer and ignored us the whole time completely. This the 3rd time they do this. I wonder if is racial discrimination because they always giving us the same treatment,(it sure feels like that). Issue was not resolved at all and I'm very disappointed about their poor quality service.

This CVS has been a major headache. I have had the same prescriptions for years being filled at a different CVS location and never had even one problem. Moved and have been using this one (it's the only CVS is Hot Springs). With simple refills there's always some problem and I have to fight with them to get it sorted. You can tell the people on the other line don't listen to what you're saying and don't care. Twice I have also driven over after getting the notification (all) my proscriptions were ready, to get there and one wasn't filled. Rather than just refill it while you're there they tell you they need 2 hours minimum to fill it (even after showing the notification that all we're supposed to be ready). I live 20 minutes away so I ended up wasting 40 minutes each time this happened. Just really bad service. After years with CVS I'm switching to a different pharmacy.

The cashier was more worried about her phone than helping me. I wanted to buy a data card and stood there waiting to get off her phone to unlock one for me at 1:30 pm Tuesday.

If zero stars was possible I'd give it to the Hot Springs location. C.V.S. cooperate should look into this locations pharmacy employees. If my insurance did not make me use C.V.S. I would never come to this location. I get notifications saying my prescriptions are ready for pick up. When I arrive I'm told they are not and that I will have to wait for hours. This is a very common occurrence. They have charged my insurance for prescriptions that aren't even available for pick-up. Many of the staff are very rude. I believe it's because they want you to not use their store. It would be less work for them. I have been told to wait a couple of hours just to come back the next day to be told the same thing. What a waste of time.

1 hour and 15 minutes after physician calling in meds post dental surgery, as I drove back from Searcy in pain, I tried to call to tell them to have my script filled upon arrival, I was on hold 13 minutes and 46 seconds. Got to the pharmacy, 3rd in line, waited. Told them I tried to call ahead, and that scripts were sent to them 2 hours ago. I waited. The staff has been cut, they are no longer 24 hours, and the night pharmacist once told me he filled most of the regular refills overnight. CVS has cut so many corners, having used COVID as the beginning of the excuse, there is no customer service anymore.
