If you don't live in Arkansas don't bother trying to get the cold medicines that work-the ones you have to ask pharmacist for. Suffer, and spread your disease like wildfire please. That's literally the only place, across the 18 states I've lived in, that I've ever heard of such nonsense. Enjoy the sickness!

09/15/23My treatment at CVS Pharmacy in Hot Springs, AR was horrible. Mike, the Pharmacist and the last girl at the Pharmacy window were very disrespectful, rude and uncaring. I’d been to the pharmacy today 5 times trying to pick up my prescription. I waited over 20 minutes the fourth time after being told to give them 10 to 15 more minutes and was told to still come back. When I explained that this was the fifth trip to the store, Mike told me to circle around the store and he’d have my prescription afterwards. He said that if I didn’t circle around the store that he wouldn’t fill my prescription! Terrible Customer Service.

Always fast, always friendly, always informative and do well with communicating. Also, timely! When they give an estimate on when a prescription will be ready, they are on-time, if not, early! Likewise, my antibiotics weren't supposed to be ready until 11am the next day. I requested them sooner, and they were filled ASAP(:

The absolute worst pharmacy in Hot Springs. If my insurance didn't make me use them I definitely would not. Customer service is out the window at this establishment.

NEGATIVE MINUS- The pharmacist Mosses, was very rude and unprofessional he started screaming at us, while we were asking for help to get a prescription transfer from another State. The other worker was no help at all either. When we asked for help the worker walked over her computer and just handed a paper to us without explaining anything, she walked away stood in front of her computer and ignored us the whole time completely.This the 3rd time they do this. I wonder if is racial discrimination because they always giving us the same treatment,(it sure feels like that). Issue was not resolved at all and I'm very disappointed about their poor quality service.

This CVS has been a major headache. I have had the same prescriptions for years being filled at a different CVS location and never had even one problem. Moved and have been using this one (it's the only CVS is Hot Springs). With simple refills there's always some problem and I have to fight with them to get it sorted. You can tell the people on the other line don't listen to what you're saying and don't care. Twice I have also driven over after getting the notification (all) my proscriptions were ready, to get there and one wasn't filled. Rather than just refill it while you're there they tell you they need 2 hours minimum to fill it (even after showing the notification that all we're supposed to be ready). I live 20 minutes away so I ended up wasting 40 minutes each time this happened. Just really bad service. After years with CVS I'm switching to a different pharmacy.

Horrible service!!! Will never return to another CVS in my life!!! The pharmacist actually yelled at an elderly lady ahead of me so i said hey hey calm down. So she called a manager and told her we were causing a sceen!!! Lmao!!!! I never did get my prescriptions that day!!!# hoping to run into my spunky 80 y r old friend again !!-

Evidently they don't want business. They would not fill my 8 yr Olds meds by telling me lies. I took the prescription to another pharmacy and no problem. Will not go back

This place has had my script since nov 9th. I finally called today and they look it up and find it and they’re like we don’t know why it wasn’t field so at 5 o’clock today it was in process at 9:15 this evening I’m on my way to get it I’ll call again again they tell me it’s in process I get here and the sign in the window says their temporary hours are 8 AM to 10 PM then they asked me what I’m on going around the building to get the person behind me I advise them know I have waited since November 9 and today is 15 November I will now change pharmacies that I have used for years CVS this is not OK Walgreens is open 24 hours a day on Central Avenue I will be moving all my prescriptions to them seems like a lot of rude and incompetent people.

UPS redirected a package to this CVS after waiting exactly 2.5 seconds at our front door (recorded on Ring camera). My wife tried to pick up the package from Brenda at this CVS... Brenda basically accused my wife of trying to steal this package... even though we have the same last name on her DL, Brenda insisted the UPS sticker likely blew off the door, then apparently she assumed we were trying to steal the package... on camera, inside a CVS... yeah I'm sure there are actually people who find UPS stickers on front doors, then take them, but only wait to try and steal them when their name exactly matches the delivery recipient.
