Paid my dad's bill at this location. All that was needed was last 4 of social and 4 digit pin. My father is elderly so he keeps a simple flip phone, however the store is equipped with up to date phones with great start up packages and reasonable monthly payments.

Today my son and I went to change my plan at the E Grand store in Hot Springs, while in the store there were 3 employees, 1 girl was helping the customer in front of me, the gentleman was helping another customer, when finished they began to have a conversation "speaking partial English & partial Spanish (I'm bilingual might I add) while the 3rd girl was trying to help me, she decided to take her time & insert herself into the conversation of the other 2, I politely told her to please finish my account as I had somewhere to be within the hour. During their conversation the gentleman spoke rather loud using the "F" word several times not that I care his words not mine but as a business owner & a PROFESSIONAL I personally found it tacky & disrespectful. During the conversation they were speaking about the visit they had (assuming their boss) in reference to how their particular store was being ran & how they had to put certain items in certain places etc as well as their schedule and how one of the girls college schedule was inconvenient with her work schedule. I know "bosses" can be hard to deal with but seeing how I am a customer I'd rather not hear them speak in the unprofessional manner they did nor did I care care to hear them complain about having to do their job! I will take my business to the other store from now on. Someone needs to train them how to be more professional in front of customers.

ZERO⭐Alex is a rude disrespectful worker. He hung up on me while I was talking and when I called back and told him he was being rude by hanging up on me he then said, yeah we're being rude right now because we have a lot of calls coming through and then hung up on me again.

I only wish I could give 0 stars! These people are professional LIARS! They sold me an "upgrade" phone with a three day battery that doesn't last one day. When I went back to talk to them all I got was ATTITUDE! The manager treated me like I was stupid. She should go back to McDonald's or wherever she learned her management skills! # THEWORSTSERVICEEVER
