WORST customer service ever. Purchased a RAZR flip phone from the store, and within three weeks the screen was disintegrating from the inside. I drove to the store 20 miles in and 20 miles back, and the female service rep could not have been less courteous nor helpful. She was short and made it very clear she didn't know what to tell me and didn't have the time nor interest to, that I should call insurance to see if they would pay for the defective phone, or drive back home and call Cricket customer care, which I did (the latter). Customer care assured me that within a year of purchase, the warranty would cover the defective phone. When I called the warranty dept, I was forwarded to Motorola who emailed me a shipping label and told me to take it to the nearest FedEx store. The store manager, who walked out from the back of the Central Avenue store took my name and number and told me that she would call me to follow up 2 business days later with a definitive answer from Customer Care as well. I am grateful for Customer Care's assistance, as had I been forced to rely on the Hot Springs Central Avenue Cricket store, I would be even further behind. Meanwhile, I have had to transfer my phone number back to my old iPhone, which had to be factory reset and from which I will have to transfer everything again. All of this to say, this Cricket store is a brand drag for Cricket and a major let down for customers. Brand new phone. Ridiculously poor local customer service. Erin Boston

An absolute waste of my time going into this store. I explained what was wrong ( got the Sims delivered in mail and didnt receive the right amount) The man who was working was so confused as to what he was doing in the store, At one point I knew more about how phones work than him. I then had to explain that I just needed a sim card, I had to explain that to him at least 4 times. He was so eager to get us out of the store vs helping us, it was disappointing. We asked if he could call cricket for more help, then proceeded to take a personal phone call in front of us. I do not want to sound like a Karen, but the actual just straight up laziness and utter lack of respect for my time was just unprofessional. The woman in the back of the store was too busy on tik tok to try to offer any help so we just left without any help and without the iPhone we intended to buy.

My phone wasn't working, so the "manager" comes up front and tells me her wifi doesn't work on my old (two-year-old) phone and my phone is broken and "it is what it is hon." Went to Walmart afterwards, and the guy in their phone area got it to work easily on the Walmart wifi, and he said our phone is fine, and she probably wanted to sell us a new phone. What terrible customer support! The only "it" that is what it "is." ?

Cricket authorized stores in Hot Springs Arkansas should be shut down. . The one on central the employee were bantering back and fourth about how much they did not want to be there. They acted like i was bothering them. They didnt even have the phone i wanted in stock after spending 30 minutes there. What a waste of my time. Guess i will try online.

I have had my cellular service through Cricket for four years now, carrying my elderly mother's phone as well. The service I have received at this store has been stellar, from setting up our phones to helping Mom understand how to use her phone and later when she locked herself out of her iPhone, they didn't give up until they solved our problems. Unbelievable service from Tommy and Colin! Customer service is not at dead, at least not at this wonderful Cricket store!
